5 stars really don't do these guys justice. After calling around they made me feel comfortable from the start. The gentleman who visited was really professional and knew exactly what he was doing.

They don’t only get the job done, but the under promise and over deliver. Last time I had a company look after us so well was probably in the early 2000s! So it is good to know that in our day and age there are companies that deliver good service. If you are looking for a dependable and reliable service then look no further.

Can honestly say that Catch it pest control are absolutely amazing! Their customer service is second to none! They reassured me through the whole process till my situation was resolved. All agents are friendly, polite and very professional. Bryn was extremely efficient and helpful sorted out my mouse problem. Offered advice & most definitely knew his job inside out. I had a persistent mouse problem and i contacted Catch-It having been let down by another, much bigger, company. Gary, his technicians and his administrators were all friendly, efficient and very experienced and they were really happy to go the extra mile to help me. They were fantastic with my tenants, understanding exactly how to reassure them that i was doing my best to resolve the mouse problem. Gary kept me involved at every point and with Catch-It being a family-run company i always felt like i was being very personal attention. I would highly recommend them.

Great service, technician Chris Tucker was extremely thorough and went above and beyond with the job. He came back 4 times included in the price to check on progress/ lay poison/ ensure they didn’t return. Now thankfully we are mouse free! Definitely worth every penny.

We had heard noises in the ceiling but…
We had heard noises in the ceiling but were not sure what sort of rodent had gotten into the house. Catch-it were helpful on the phone suggesting a course of action and then Bryn came round and found the drain where the rat was getting in within about 10 minutes. We had three visits from Bryn to check progress and are now completely rat free. Great service and would not hesitate to use them again should the need arise.
