Fast and efficient. I called before 8am and really needed someone out today, Jordan arrived shortly after 10am. He was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He highlighted area's of concern, fixed one on the spot. Explained the process and what happens next. I feel more reassured.

Thomas has made every effort to solve our problem with mice and a rat, in our house. He as been extremely diligent in investigating possible entry points and appears to have solved the problem. he is very knowledgeable, very professional and clearly takes a pride in his work.

Another great and smooth follow up ⭐️
A follow up visit with Graham was fab. He is very knowledgable and put my mind to ease with my worries of the rodents with my 2 young kids.
He checked more suspected areas for me.
Arrived within the time agreed.
I had to rearranged this follow up last minute and customer services was really nice and rescheduled with no issues for me.
