"Hello, when tracking the shipment of your order, it shows that your package left the customs of your country on December 18, towards its final destination. You could contact the customs of your country to tell you why it did not arrive at your address".
My package was seized by customs and being shipped to the USA. I messaged the seller and they ignored all my messages and never issued a refund. Then I saw that they took a picture of the package and posted it on their website assuring other customers that they ship and all packages reach their destination WHICH IS A LIE! I am beyond livid that they are using a picture of a package I never received to entice other customers to buy and scam them! BEWARE! Do NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE SCAMMERS!
If you are American, do not trust these people. They are liars. They assured me over the email that they would get my package to me. I was uncertain about ordering, and having second thoughts, but that dude victor in there different emails said that all their packages make it to the destination, and that they haven't had any packages confiscated by customs for years . He said that they camouflage the package and invoice to get it through with no problem. Well my package was immediately flagged and taken by customs. I give them one star, not because customs took my package, but because they are liars, and if they will lie about that, who could trust their products anyway? But I would tell anyone in America not to waste your money with this company. You will not get your package. You will lose your money.
