Louise was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. She took the time to answer all of my questions clearly and made sure I fully understood everything. I especially appreciated how she patiently guided me through the portal, explaining each step in a way that was easy to follow. Personnel checks are always very helpful and knowledgeable.
Personnel checks are always very helpful with any DBS advice.
We have been using Personnel Checks for a few years and we have recently started using YOTI which has made a difference to the ease of applying for DBS for workers who live further afield from the main office.
The phones are always answered promptly and the staff very helpful.

Because i was very worried about my DBS…

Louise was prompt, polite and extremely helpful in sorting the issue about my continuing log in failings issues [of the last 3/4 months] and hopefully has now corrected the user name character issue so I don't have to go through the call/passwords update palaver again!

Fantastic customer service
I am conducting my DBS check through TaxiPlus. I am very new to all of this but my aim is to become a private hire taxi driver.
I phoned a couple of days ago to understand more about the whole process. I spoke with Gemma who was so incredibly helpful. I was unable to locate my reference number so Gemma helped me with this very quickly and also sent me through an email with a link that I needed to click to check the progress of my DBS. She also emailed me extra information for me to find out more about being a private hire driver.
Gemma certainly went over and above with her assistance and it was incredibly appreciated. Her manner was very warm, but at the same time also very professional. A real asset to TaxiPlus! Thank you so much for your help, Gemma.

This company is a nightmare to deal…
This company is a nightmare to deal with. They keep failing post office ID check for no reason and will not explain why. £10.40 each time must be collected by them. Do not use register at another council. This is just a frustrating scam.
