I have asked for the questions answered incorrectly in a knowledge test and been told they can’t give them to me so I could take the test again and fail on the same questions

Gemma was absolutely outstanding. She was very polite, friendly and extremely patient throughout the whole process.
For someone so young, she showed excellent maturity, professionalism and care in the way she helped me.
She took the time to explain everything clearly and helped me resolve the issues I was experiencing without making me feel rushed. Her customer service was excellent, and she made the process much easier and less stressful.

They respond within an hour to all our queries and when they see that we may not fully understand their response - they immediately resort to calling us to clarify things for us over the phone. It feels that they care. That is a great customer service!

Gemma was extremely helpful. I needed help to navigate the online system where I had found myself at a dead end. Gemma patiently and clearly helped me navigate to the correct place and advised very clearly which documents I could use for my DBS.
