On January 30, 2025 I ordered a personalized blanket for my grandson's birthday. After waiting 10 days I emailed the company asking where the order was. They responded the next day that they would look into it. Two days after that I received a response that it was shipped February 12 and would arrive February 18th, two weeks after my grandson's birthday. I can only hope the blanket is good quality. Based on my experience so far I am not hopeful. I will never order from them again.
I placed an order and received it with an incorrect monogram. I emailed them and they replied right away With an apology. They then asked if I wanted a replacement or a refund. They immediately placed the second order and it is being mailed. Very easy to work with, immediately took ownership and rectified the issue. I will definitely order from them again!!
