Hi Ellen, I'm sorry the ornament wasn't what you expected. I looked up your order and see that you ordered the 2023 ornament. 2023 is part of the design of the ornament and it clearly says in the title that it is a 2023 Penguin family. Nowhere on the ornament is there a separate request for it to be 2025 instead. If there was, we would have contacted you that had ordered the incorrect ornament. You are welcome to send the ornament back for a refund.
