We ran an award ceremony and gave personalised clapper board to every winner. Alison was was so flexible in adding our logo, replacing the word cameraman with crew and changing the font to our brand fonts. The service and quality were excellent

Instead of receiving a new chair, I was sent a chair with scratches, rusty brackets, and missing bolts. I provided photo evidence to customer support and was offered £20 to cover “cosmetic issues,” which was disappointing given the condition of the product.
Although a home collection for the return was offered, the suggested time did not work for me as I was at work. As a result, I had to take a taxi to deliver the chair to the return point, which cost me additional time and effort.
Overall, my experience with Personalise Online was frustrating. There was no sincere apology, and the customer support team communicated in a cold and unempathetic manner. I would not recommend this company, as the service felt unprofessional.
The chair was eventually refunded, but the experience was not worth the hassle.

Personalise Online did an amazing job! They printed a custom made mirror and a canvas set for a chair, and the quality was excellent. Communication was outstanding. They contacted me straight away when the images I sent weren’t clear and made sure everything was perfect before printing. This was all done over the Christmas period, yet delivery was still incredibly fast. Highly recommend!

I’ve still not had a reply after chasing days later. Maybe it’s just the Christmas period but I still haven’t heard anything.

Chairs arrived at fault. Fabric too tight causing chair to snap and come away from the glue. Bad quality design fault.

The tool rolls were just what I wanted, I had looked, and bought others that were advertised as tool rolls for small items but weren't.
They are well made, quick delivery and as I said before just right.

I ordered two personalised tall directors chairs and uploaded the artwork and I received my completed order within 5 days. The chairs look great with the logos!

Ordered a replacement back personalised for my chair and it was 1.5 inches too small, contacted them to let them know and asked for a replacement and they did not accommodate this. Very disappointed that I paid for something that I cannot use and they were not willing to replace with one that would fit. Waste of money for me and il have to order another one elsewhere !
