Its not easy to hand over the care of a sick loved one to someone els especially as a nurse with 30 years under my belt. On the whole PCS carers and management are very good, experience in some of the girls is evident. My mum was lucky enough to have the same girls the majority of the time which was important for continuity for her and my father.
PCS put a care package in place at the begining and I was keen to hold them to it to ensure my mothers needs where met even when her condition quickly declined.
They became part of the family by the end of my mothers life. We couldn't have managed without them.
