this site is a f....ING joke. i have done multipal offers and no credit. then a few days later i try the same offers on another site and they credit i think that persona.ly site is keeping the money and not crediting the user for their work done. or playing favorites...DONT JOIN THIS SITE THEY DONT PAY
This is a SCAM panel ever and very annoying! They processed ticket without being solved. Forums they have to expose this panel because they don't pay at all and every survey site they must remove this panel on their lists

I would give 0 stars, if I could. I have completed 6 offers - two surveys, four "click and engage" offers, all of which say "credited," but have not actually been received in my game. I opened up a ticket, with screenshots, and the ticket was closed, no response received. I reopened it and asked why, ticket closed again. I opened a completely new ticket and have experienced the same thing. How unprofessional is this team? They need to be removed off of all partner websites! Why allow people to complete offers if YOU won't reward them afterward? It's clickbait!
Their auto credit system is good, BUT there is an issue with their support. I did as per offer's instructions completely, uploaded clear screenshots as proof of completion, they just close tickets without even a slight response. It's been going on for a few times, 100% of all my requested tickets.
Earn developer's money but don't pay us? S C A M. Red flag.

Had several case of deals ive completed for reward in a game, filled it all out took screenshot off everything including urls etc from final steps.
after a while all tickets just gets closed and i have still not recived my currency for this game. Yet they take my personal data and i recive sale offers left and rigt.
freaking cowards i spend real time on this and you cant award "virtuel currency"

All in all a scam. Some surveys will be completed and said to be 'credited', but not actually. After opening a support ticket, they will close the ticket without any explanation and leave it at that.
DO NOT TRUST THEM.
I have completed 7 surveys,and they have only credited for 1. For the remainder they have asked me to 'open a support ticket', but as above, it went completely ignored.

Terrible customer service.
I completed an offer which was a survey for quite a large reward. The offer did not credit (it happens from time to time) but on sending proof of completion they simply replied advertiser says no and then asks you to rate their support. Not acceptable at all, allowing the advertisers to refuse credit even with supporting evidence is paramount to scamming their customers in my opinion
Awful support. They close tickets after barely looking into the issue. Staff seem to have very little common sense, and are very very slow to reply - if ever. Avoid
Half of their software does not work - it is impossible to upload pictures detailing proof of offer completion without receiving endless error messages. The customer service responses appear to be written by bots (identical each time). I am owed $36 from them and have received no acknowledgement of my complaint -either from them or their partners. Definitely worth avoiding.
Update: still no response from them.
Next stop - Small Claims Court

They don't read comments written and either use:
-bots
-automated responses
No attention is given to actual issues and rewards promised are often not granted.
Closing support cases after every response without an actual solution is not acceptable behavior.
