Perro Air helped us in so many other ways besides the flight. They were very communicative all along, helped us find a vet, and assisted greatly in figuring out the international health certificate (we came from Canada to the US for the flight). They also provided helpful links to pet-friendly hotels for our journey down. My husband flew with our dogs, and the whole process was smooth for him and the fur babies. Sarah is an amazing human being.

Well for starters the whole trip was wonderful. From the very first email and phone calls with Sarah. I was very well taken care of from the start. My two chocolate labs drove from Montana to Florida to make this happen. Sarah was so helpful on helping from travel information to hotel reservations. Sarah picked us at our hotel and drove us to the airport where we met Chuck and their daughter. They could not of been any nicer. The whole thing was so smooth. As for the flight it was great!! beverages and fresh fish sandwiches were provided and the the flight was very smooth.
when we arrived in Liberia Costa Rica we were so taken care from getting off of the plane all the way through customs and were treated by Perro Air employee that made sure everything for us was taken care of. I can not say enough how great the whole experience was I would recommend Perro Air to anyone traveling with their pets. I have already gave the Perro Air information out to many of people here in Potrero Costa Rica . Thank you so very much Sarah and Chuck for starting this wonderful business for traveling with pets you are so wonderful .

With the very limited options of getting pets to Costa Rica, Perro Air simplified the process for getting myself and 2 large dogs from Ft. Lauderdale to Liberia, CR. Sarah was very responsive and made it a very smooth and stress-free process. Highly recommended.

Everything was smooth and easy transporting our pets from Florida to Costa Rica. Sarah from Perro was especially pleasant and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Perro Air if you have the means!

Best experience traveling with my rescue from Liberia Costa Rica to FL. This is an experience like no other! I am so grateful to have been able to rescue a dog and bring him home without having to deal with cargo. Sarah and Chuck are wonderful humans.

Stress-free travels
We can honestly say our experience (from beginning to end) with Perro Air was exceptional. When we first contacted Chuck and Sarah regarding flights to Liberia Costa Rica with our two dogs we felt we had developed a friendship from the start. The process was made clear as to what we needed to do to ready ourselves and dogs for travel and entry into Costa Rica. Shortly after we landed in Costa Rica, we were met by airport grounds workers that made us feel like VIPs. Our transition through customs (humans and dogs) went smooth. Prior to leaving the terminal Chris met us promptly to ensure all our needs were met and to ensure we boarded our transport with all our luggage. We really appreciate Perro Air’s genuine concerns and commitment that made our dreams come true. Pura Vida!!

Perro Air exceeded my expectations during our move from Florida to Costa Rica. Chuck Holcomb, who managed our maiden flight, provided exceptional assistance, especially considering I had injured myself right before the journey. Chuck ensured a seamless experience, handling everything from airport to customs. My dogs, Maggie and Zoey, were treated with utmost care. I can't thank Chuck and Sarah enough for their outstanding service. Perro Air deserves a solid 5-star rating, and I highly recommend them to anyone traveling with pets between Florida and Costa Rica.

I'd been wanting to move to Latin America for the longest time but didn't want to put my dog in the cargo hold.

Just as I was looking to charter a flight, I came across Perro Air. The Perro Air team answered all my questions and was great to work with. I'm incredibly grateful for my correspondence with Chuck and so glad I got to meet Sarah on the day of the flight.

I don't plan on doing a ton of flights, but Perro Air will be my first choice if I ever need them again.

My experience with Perro Air was excellent from start to finish. Chuck was attentive and responded quickly to all of my inquiries. The entire process of flying myself and my two dogs to Costa Rica was seemless thanks to Perro Air. Perro air was a dream experience. Sarah and Chuck have made every step of the way before departure and after arrival utterly SEAMLESS. truly truly in such a stressful time trying to transport my Great Dane to another country- they helped arrange my hotel and worked out something special so that way they didn’t discriminate against his size. They made sure he was well taken care of and comfortable on the flight. Just the friendliest experience! I can’t wait until they start flying out of LA, hopefully soon so we can go back and forth. I highly recommend perro air 11/10 experience!
