Before i bought my bike, Per was happy to answer any questions i had. When i did buy my bike i was lucky enough that they were driving to copenhagen the day after and so hand delivered my new Cannondale Caad 13 in Person. Now that is some great customer service!
Per took the time to explain a few tips and tricks about my new bike and even gave my some free bits for my future upgrades. Jette is always quick to respond to emails and made the buying experience so smooth.
