Perla Dental Clinics 

Just got back to UK with my new teeth, I am extremely happy with them...Perla were very professional keeping me informed at every stage of the treatment plan..Orhan the host went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable etc..looking forward to smiling again 😀

So I returned to Perla last Sunday for my second visit having had implants in February .
I am now home with my new teeth with no problems .

Thankyou to doctor Ramezan , his assistant Cicek for completing the work on my teeth and having the patience to make sure I was happy .
Thankyou again to Omid for arranging everything from booking to transport and for supporting me during my appointments .
I would also like to thank the new interpreter I didn’t manage to get his name but Friday was his first day and he was really lovely . His English is fantastic and he will be an asset to the business .

Before relying on reviews speak to them ! They do hundreds of people but not everybody leaves a review and generally only people with bad reviews take the time to do one . I would never refer people if I had the slightest concern as your teeth are a massive part of you as I know from a personal experience . I have and will continue to refer people to them so they come away as happy as me . In my opinion they are the best !!

Hi just finished my dental treatment at Perla, what a fantastic experience the staff were so helpful and professional. I had 12 implants and 24 zirconium crowns and I would highly recommend this dental practice, the quality of work is to a very high standard. I am so happy with my new teeth. Thanks Perla 😀

My teeth are like buck teeth, tonight the tooth next to the teeth they crammed back into the space broke while eating bread! The crowns are bigger than the teeth they grinder. I’m just sick because I fear they are leaking, i should not feel a space between teeth and gums. If I could turn back time, Never would have done this. Please think twice before going here. My experience was very painful,( no pain management while placing permanent crowns. I received poor communication about what was to be done. I feel responsible for not getting a second opinion! I really don’t like giving negative reviews because it’s all subjective, however my teeth are ridiculous. I now smile with my teeth covered. Sad, sad, sad.

Unprofessional service , unprofessional communication,intimidation,slander .I had to come back twice!!!! and you were not able to fix the problems and harm you caused ,I paid for my treatment and for all the flights and accommodation for the whole week at the time I had to stay there,except my first initial hotel was covered which was a 3 start low standardI also paid for allergy testing and MRI And other doctors myself and I have receiyea and reports to prove that !Not to mention you have violated my legal rights by Health and Social care act 2012 ,Data protection act and Human rights act ,also my GCA rights.You have shared my confidential medical information and this is punished by law ,your owner also violated criminal justice and public order act 1994 by threatening me directly because I left a negative review.Thats the "professionalism" you are stating to provide ?
Do not be fooled ,unless you encounter any problem ,you will not see the true face and injustice of this clinic.I came healthy and now since completing my treatment at another clinic I'm finally pain Free after over a year of suffering . Perla has destroyed my health and the owner of the clinic is threatening me when I asked for a refund!! They only Care about your money and they will slander you online and not take responsibility,their guarantee is void and you will have to humiliate yourself and fight to get what you paid for! If something goes wrong don't count on them ,you will be called crazy and smeared online ,refer to their responses and judge for yourself .You gave me a guarantee of 5 years ,you were obligated to fix or refund !You done neither .Also the person who is replying to this is not a medical professional ,or in any way have medical competence to discuss such issues but only a manager of customers.

Just got home to England after having dental treatment at Perla dental and I’ve got to say I am absolutely over the moon with the treatment I have received I never imagined my teeth would be so perfect
From the moment I arrived last year for my first lot of treatment I was treated so good the surgery was spotless the dentist’s and surgeons were first class I would highly recommend anyone wanting dental treatment to look no further than Perla dental

My husband just finished his treatment at Perla dental clinic. For now everything is fine. He is happy with his new teeth :) The team of dentist worked throughly and accurately,he has nothing bad to say about them.But I only gave them 4 stars because of the management. When I spoke with the clinic manager Patricija about the prices she said that we don't need to pay separately for the tooth extraction. When my husband went for the first time he signed the treatment plan where there was a price for implants, crowns, bone graft, sinus lifting. But now they asked to pay for extraction too. He showed the picture of the treatment plan he signed but they showed him a different one without the signature but with a price for an extraction. When my husband refused to pay,the lady from the reception called Patricija .After the call she said he has to pay for that and told me to call Patricija. I called and she didn't answer, I texted her and asked for an explanation to why she is forcing us to pay for something that she said would be included in the total price and she read the message but didn't reply. So my husband after arguing just paid. So be careful because they can charge you for something they said you don't need to pay for.

I cannot recommend Perla Dental Centre enough for the professionalism they have shown throughout my new smile design journey.

At the start of my research, i soon understood that there were a lot of good dentists in Antalya and a lot of bad ones too. I joined an English Facebook group and I started reading all of the comments where other group members shared their experiences. After contacting a few clinics in Antalya i eventually narrowed this down to three before deciding to go with Perla.

From making initial contact with my co-ordinator, Thomas at Perla, i knew that these guys were something special.

I asked a lot of questions as i wanted to make sure that most if not all of my requirements and expectations were going to be catered for and it was Thomas has always been on hand to answer all of my questions, before, during and after my treatment was completed.

Once i arrived in Antalya, there was a professional driver waiting at the airport to take me to my hotel with my very own VIP transport.

My first impression after arriving at Perla Dental Centre was that of a well organised and professional organisation. Perla have all the latest technology and the staff were very friendly and made me feel at ease.

After my x-rays, my initial face to face consultation was with Dr. Onur Ademhan. Dr Onur is the face of Perla and was ever such a true professional.

My treatment plan was agreed as follows;

2 x Hiossen Osstem Implants (Visit 1)
24 x Zirconium Crowns (22 visit 1, 2 visit 2)
2 x Root Canal (Visit 1)
1 x Root Extraction (Visit 1)
2 x Botox (Visit 1)

My design shape was ‘Natural’ and shade was ‘BL2’.

On my first visit (Dec 2022) my allocated dentist was Dr. Fuat Biter and he was the one that carried out most of my work during my first visit. Dr. Fuat Biter’s professionalism and attention to detail was second to none, both he and his assistants took great care to make sure that everything was at it should be during my treatment.

On my second visit (May 2023) my allocated dentist was Dr. Merve Doğan and she completed my treatment with the very same professionalism and attention to detail. Dr. Merve Doğan and her assistants took very good care of me to make sure that my smile makeover was exactly to my requirements and expectations.

All in all from making the decision to go with Perla, my timeline was 27 weeks. This included a 21 week gum healing period for the implants.

I would highly recommend Perla Dental Centre for anyone who is looking to have any dental work done in Antalya, they certainly met all of my requirements and expectations. Perla have reliable specialist physicians who offer the very best of treatments.

Special mention must go to my good friend Thomas who was superb throughout to co-ordinate my journey and to Dr. Onur Ademhan who, along with his team have established a great professional organisation with Perla Dental Centre and i wish them every success for the future.

After months of research and numerous consultations all over New York and Long Island, going abroad for my dental work was the best alternative. I needed a full mouth restoration that would have cost me $80,000-$100,000 here in New York. I was nervous but made the decision to go with Perla in Antalya Turkey, and so far I'm glad I did. I just got back front my first visit which was a week long. The first appt they did all extractions, 12 implants, 2 sinus lifts, and 2 bone grafts. On day 2 they did root canal, 2 fillings and impressions. I rested for the next few days and Saturday they installed zirconia Temps. Now I'm back home and need to heal for 6months before I go back for my permanent crowns. Everyone was so nice!! So helpful, and so professional. Any questions or concerns I had they answered putting my mind at ease. Zoe who is one the patient coordinators was beyond helpful. She explained everything and anything, set up all hotel accommodations, and all transfers btwn airport, appts, etc. She was truly a pleasure in such a nerve racking time. My experience with Perla was professional from start to finish. I am from NJ USA 🇺🇸 and traveled to Antalya for extractions, sinus lift and full mouth implants. I was scared to death. The staff made me feel comfortable, the offices were clean and modern, and every expert was knowledgeable and professional and honest. This procedure was necessary for me, but scary. They walked me through it. Thomas was awesome, compassionate and great with translation. Dr Onur did a fabulous and quick job with placing 12 implants, and every dentist after helped make this easier. I did have short term pain, but mostly enjoyed my two dental vacation trips (6 months apart) to Antalya. I highly recommend Perla. I’m very happy with my new smile.

Very professional from start to finish, was reassured beginning to end by Dr Biter as I am a nervous patient. Very pleased with the end result. All staff and interpreter's was most helpful.
Hotel accommodation was clean and tidy, our room was quite cold spoke to reception who had our room changed.
The only thing with the room is the TV is all in Turkish it would be an idea if some channels was English as some days you spend a lot of time in the room after treatments.

5* service at Perla, from the first message to the final fitting of my teeth, everything was outstanding, Thomas helped with everything, transport to and from the dentist always on time and in a nice car. Explained and simplified all the procedure for me, 0 pain atall, the rumour of Turkish dentists being untrustworthy is completely fake, felt like I was in good hands from the second I spoke with the team. Would 100% definitely recommend this dentist if your getting anything done, I had a full set of crowns done in 5 days, and absolutely over the moon with the results. Thanks again Perla.
