Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced
Tried to buy a phone from curry’s to earn wow points. Payment remains ‘disabled’ 4 working days later with no explanation or response from the security team despite numerous emails. There are no telephone helplines whatsoever. I can’t buy a phone and forget about the points as fear payment may still be taken. Worst service ever.
I will never buy here again
I will never buy here again. Ordered FTD flowers that were kept by the delivery driver and FTD admitted to it. Perks at Work has no phone number so you can only email them. After many emails, it was obvious they did not credit my account. I have yet to receive a credit and they will not have management call me to discuss. I had to file a claim with bank and now I have to wait two months for them to investigate.

They hope I'd forget about points
Everytime I purchase through PerksAtWork, I never receive Wow points until I submit several complaints. The first response is that itwill take up to 10 working days (they hope that I'd forget). I keep emailing until I get it. It is already a pain to collect points as there are different rules for different purchases. We onyl get a benefit after several orders, when the Wow points can actually be used to buy something. They should compensate for wasting my time and being unhelpful.It has been like this since I started using it 4 years ago.

Double Booked? No Problem
The Perks at Work Customer Service team are one of a kind these days. Having unknowingly double paid for a flight due to an error at checkout on the Perks at Work webpage, I immediately reached out to their team when I saw the transactions on my card. Unsurprisingly, the airline and 3rd party booking agency (Priceline) would not rectify the issue. HOWEVER, the Perks at Work team offered me a full out-of-pocket refund to cover the additional charge. It’s so rare these days to have a travel agency that has your back, Perks at Work is the exception. Thank you team! I’ll be back for my next flight!
Worst customer service I've ever experienced
Booked a hotel room in New York and was charged £192.60 for what I thought was residence fees and taxes but when checking out the hotel said these had not been paid and I had to pay another £193 for the fees and taxes. Hotel said this was down to the booking agent and there was nothing they could do. I contacted Perks at Work but went around in circles with one of their customer service agents who I could only contact via email. The Customer Service agent had the most appalling grammar and just didn't understand my issue, it was like dealing with a child. I resorted to asking them simple yes or no answers but even this was too much for them and they just came back to me with generic, templated responses. Even when I said I was making a formal complaint they just dismissed this. I wouldn't mind but I booked another room for my son and his partner in the same hotel through Booking.com and it weas cheaper than PaW and the fees and taxes were included. Never again.
Exemplary service and products
As always, the service provided by Perks at Work is exemplary - speedy responses and resolved my query within minutes, including updating my wow points - I can't rate them highly enough for customer service. Love the products on offer too and the fact that I can suggest a new supplier - totally impressed all round.

Money gone, e-code invalid, waste of time
No confirmation email arrived in my inbox, junk, clutter or spam folders with my cinema e-code that I'd purchased.
Thankfully I had taken a screenshot shot of the code on the final order page, but the Odeon website just said it was invalid, so I had to buy a full price ticket on top of paying for the e-code. A complete waste of time. The reviews where customers have needed refunds here don't sound promising. Wish me luck.
I also don't like how it makes you save your bank card info on the site. That should be optional.
Fantastic customer service
I have used Perks at Work to save myself money on food shopping and cinema but never had a need to contact customer service. However I lost my shopping card and so emailed to see if I could get a new one. The service has been extremely efficient and I should hopefully be receiving my new card shortly. Very impressed with the service and the great discounts.

Great customer service with Gio and his reply times was incredibly fast along and able to process a refund for a room manually through Priceline which said was non refundable on the reservation on the perks website, but my emails and when I did purchase said refundable rate. He was able to help me out and process the refund through this mix up.
Mayeth help
I was planning a trip with my father for a hockey game, and long story short, right after booking the hotel, the game time changed to a time that would make it nearly impossible to get there in time for the booked evening/game, unless the booking was able to be moved.
It was a whole thing, with the perks team, and Mayeth working through priceline and the hotel to try to get this worked out, on a non-changable booking.
In the end, we were unable to do so, but not to the fault of the perks team, who went above and beyond to attempt to help and advocate for me, considering the extenuating circumstances.
I had to end up booking a room myself, but they were able to approve a refund for my original purpose, so all is well that ends well.

I got a good rate through Perks at Work…
I got a good rate through Perks at Work and prepaid for a hotel room. However, when I checked out of the hotel, the hotel ended up charging me again albeit at a lower rate. I contacted Perks at Work about this and the promptly refunded the full amount I had prepaid for the room. While it was a slight hassle, it was taken care of promptly and I received my refund in less than three days on my credit card. And I received the lower rate.
