I have been waiting for a refund of €72.42 for a defective memory card (order PG16114) since January.
After multiple emails and follow-ups, the seller initially confirmed the refund but never processed it. Later, they stopped responding completely.
They also proposed store credit instead of a real refund, which I do not accept.
This situation has been ongoing for months, and I have made several attempts to resolve it privately without success.
Very disappointing customer service. I cannot recommend this company.
Dishonest company with misleading 30 days return guarantee
I purchased Pergear 14mm 2.8 lens on 9 February 2026, order PG18212. The lens has extremely strong flare and artefacts, completely unusable. On 20 February I emailed a return request per Pergear 30 days return warranty. No reply. I then repeatedly contacted Pergear until I heard from them after about 10 days. They asked what the issue was even though I explained everything clearly in my return request and attached photos. After several days the replied and recommended taking a different angle. However due to the poor product quality I referred to they no question ask 30 days return policy. I have not heard from them since then. A very dishonest company with poor moral standards. Think twice before buying from them.

I bought a lens TTArtisan 7.5mm on Feb 13th 2026, payed by credit card. My last order prior arrived within 12 days. Very well. This one is still not here, after almost a month, plus I have not even received a shipping confirmation.
Meanwhile I guess I have send 6 emails plus Chat support messages. No reaction. I have notified with my last email now a final timeline and will withdrawn the credit card amount very soon.
Delivery problems are okay, ignoring customers is not okay and close to scam.

Avoid, no item, poor communication
Similar to many other reviews, I have not received my item, despite 25 days passing. The order was apparently only going taking 4-6 working days. I have raised with pergear, who provide me with tracking (in Chinese) that states it is in for processing since the end of December 2025. I do not recommend this service and cannot even comment on the product. I would suggest the many affiliate YouTube videos get an entirely different service to that of a true customer. Avoid!

Pergear.com Lens shopping
Bought now about 6 Viltrox lenses. Very good experience with customer service.
When manufacturers offer promotional prices, Pergear's prices are also negotiable. That's been my experience so far. Delivery to Germany: I didn't have to pay any customs duties or VAT.
Nice lens and service

The lens was delivered on time but Evri had it for more than a week before delivering and were not helpful. Despite this I am rating Pergear 5 stars.
I ordered direct from their website
I ordered direct from their website. Item was sent promptly but Yodel failed to deliver securely and the item went missing.
I contacted Pergear who were initially responsive but sort of kept asking for more evidence... Yodel didn't seem to have a very good policy for dealing with it other than "get the sender to send again".
Communication with Pergear ceased and so now I am out of pocket. They have my money, Yodel gets away with it and I lose out all round.
I wouldn't recommend using Pergear based on this experience.
Update: The contract for delivery is solely between the Pergear and Yodel (via initial couriers). I have no say. If the retailer refuses to claim against the courier - I (you) are stuffed.
Visa chargeback may have helped (under £100) but that has a time limit of 120 days and as I was genuine and patient in waiting, I fell outside of this.
Advice is - buyer beware, especially from foreign countries. It is all too easy for them to ignore you as they laugh their way to the bank.

I ordered a lens 17 days ago and it has not arrived. Tracking shows it got within 20 miles, then got sent to a series of mysterious "next destinations" for the last two weeks. Ordered 2 512GB CFexpress 4.0 Type A master cards which arrived within a week to the UK. The price was excellent for the 2 pack. These cards are for my Sony A1 II cameras and they work great. Highly recommended
Nothing arrived and no response from Pergear. Avoid!
Do not purchase directly from their online store. I tried to cancel immediately, but it was ignored. I then received empty boxes, showing a suspicious cut in the envelope where the items were either removed and inspected, or something else had happened. I fear they were upset with my e-mails saying I wished to cancel the order (only because there was a mistake and I wished to change it), and so either shipped empty boxes, or something else had happened - however, the terrible lack of support in trying to get to the bottom of this, with me eventually being ghosted - i.e. no replies to emails. In the end, I have gone to my bank to help out as part of the consumer protection we get in the UK. Avoid buying directly from the seller.
Product is great
Product is great, and very upto the mark. Quality is very good in this price 👌. Compare with other companies, they charge a lot for the same quality. I am using the cards from this company for the past 2+ years almost with no issues, no data corruption or other connectivity or transfer lags...
The biggest challenge for this company is on the front of delivery. They have yet to get a better delivery mechanism. My delivery was delayed and put me under stress, that the reason I gave it 4 stars else product is worthy of 5 stars rating. FYI, I am using generation 4 card now and data transfer rate is even better.
