perfume warehouse is a fraud. site because if you have a any problem with your order if you received damage or if you cannot received your parcel so they cannot claim it. that is my personal so please do not waste your money or your time on them. They are doing fraud activity with the customers openly. i advice that police department can check them because they are doing fraud activity with innocent people. Thanks

A really lovely shop
Had a really lovely experience here today my daughter had been before and wanted me to see this place. I was served by a lovely lady called Anita. She was patient kind and went above and beyond to show us many wonderful fragrances. The bottles/ packaging -just gorgeous. I was gifting myself. But this is the place to get fantastic Christmas pressies and more. The prices were so wonderful it took everything l had not to buy more than one.
I will be back for certain.

Perfumes Warehouse just "forgot" to tell me I would have to pay 34€ to Fedex in addition to the indicated price. The indicated price already included "shipping costs" of 31,69 €.

Joke of a place
Terrible little place this. Mediocre range of fragrances with laughable prices. Disrespectful and rude customer service delivered by both mother and son. Steer clear and save yourself the time.

Wrong aftershave recived
I ordered Hugo Boss Intense EDT but recived the EDP version. Not what I wanted especially as it a discontinued product so I paid £145 for it! Fast delivery, wrong product. Disappointed and won’t purchase from Perfume Warehouse again.
