My bad for not checking earlier but I purchased a YSL mascara back in June from this company and due to going back home for 3 months I didn’t use the mascara at all, I came back and when I opened it for the FIRST TIME the mascara was completely dry and nothing like what I used to buy before , when I compared the packaging to another ones is very different and I think is fake …. First time in my life I’m purchasing fake brand mascara…. Awful ,I paid 30 pounds to end up with something dry ….unbelievable

I was sold a perfume which was the version usually sent to retailers as a demonstration model. I was not told it would be this version before buying. Very misleading on their webpage as this should have been mentioned on their description. Will not be buying from them again as very disappointed.

I ordered a fragrance from this company and the picture was of the newest packaging from 2021 onwards. When I received the product it was the old packaging from before 2021. The fragrance is off and smells bad. When I contacted this company their reply was - We are sorry for your inconvenience! They refuse to refund my £150.

Really good experience. First of all, prices on the website are very competitive. Moreover the product I ordered was damaged in the warehouse and last in stock, so the company called me straight away and offered me a bigger size bottle, for £25 off which made it a very attractive offer.
I received the goods the following day.
