Be Careful
I recently had a concerning experience with this business. Both my son and I had a reaction to the oils we purchased, and when I tried to find allergen information on their website, none was available. I contacted them for assistance, and a person named Eddie initially offered to help, even mentioning a refund (which I hadn't requested). However, he later changed his mind and refused to provide the refund. Despite me sharing timely images of the reaction, the delay in sharing critical allergen information and the poor customer service from Eddie was very disappointing. This is not only irresponsible but also raises serious concerns about their business practices. I will take every measure to create awareness of this company in every way possible, given their poor standards of service, failure to honor their word, and lack of seriousness in addressing allergies.
