I bought from them and because decide to return i cannot contact them( nobody answer at the phone or other chat) untrustworthy

It is quite unfortunate that you offer such limited options for paying. No one from abroad will do a bank transfer or join some payment app which puts you through hoops to register and asks for many personal details.

If you wish to attract customers, it would be great to make it less difficult to pay for orders by introducing simple means such as actual credit cards and PayPal. Until then, the tedium of the process will keep me, and I am sure others too, well away.

Also, where is the location on your website where payment options are laid out clearly for visitors to check BEFORE ORDERING? For foreign visitors especially, this is unacceptable as it looks very shady.

I have waited for over two months for a refund for my international order that I did not receive. You deserve zero stars.

They were not very cooperative with allocating the packages and got me to basically do their research in finding the parcels from the UK. You have refused to give me back my money until they have allocated the packages with their courier. How can you get away with not returning my money due to your issues with shipping agents?!

Why should I as a customer, fight for my money back when I never received the product in the first place and have to WAIT for a refund until they find the missing parcel?!

What kind of organisation are you? You have been totally unfair and have stolen my money. You have stolen my money because I didn't receive the package and nore have you refunded me since over two months!!

You have ill and unfair business practice towards consumers.

I have all the evidence on my email. You are a shocking organisation and your very poor and rude customer service skills needs re-evaluating.

WARNING ⛔️ Do not go to purchase from this company.When he found out i was single and unmarried, they started calling me and harassing me for sexual favours in return for oils the staff made sexual advances, invited me to their home for sex, made sexual reference about my appearance, made racial comments about my ethnicity, under cut my oils, sent me indecent pictures, which left me feeling horrible, they even threatened to sue me for my company name, and take legal action if I went public about the sexual misconduct. Threatening to shame me in the Muslim community as they have a big influence. Especially in the Whitechapel area Because I purchased with cash not paying vat they used that against me. I also have more screenshots and evidence

I recently switched from western perfumes to Middle Eastern and Perfume Arabia is the best company I found here in USA to get me these perfumes. They have amazing collection with exotic notes ( I recommend Balas Rose it is sweet elegant smell), they send me 6 good size samples with my order one of them is the honey musk which I am so excited to receiver it soon.
I received one perfume with Tobacco note which I didn't like, so when I communicated with them, they were very helpful, kind and resolved this matter fast.
Also, they have discount around Black Friday which is very helpful as I wanted to buy more items like hair perfumes ( I bought the Candy one and it makes my hair smells amazing). I highly recommend this company and I will buy from them again.

Best perfumes ever , if you want a good perfume that satisfy all tastes and distinguish you from others go and select one from Perfume Arabia , I don’t want to forget the 5 stars customer service . Keep up the good work guys ❤️

As a perfumista, I'm always on the lookout to try different fragrances and buy from new and different online stores. I'm not sure how I stumbled upon Perfume Arabia, but I'm certainly happy that I did! After buying my first fragrance, I ended up buying two more from them within a week. The fragrances they carry are great, the price points are perfect and where else can you get free FedEx 2nd day shipping? I've also talked to the owners on Instagram and they have been wonderful, helpful and knowledgeable. I've had nothing but good experiences with this company and look forward to continue being a repeat customer.

If you want to dwell in a finest Arabian night you have to try perfume Arabia products. They are simply amazing and addicting, from their exotic perfumes, oils , and hair products, there’s always something new to try. So far I’ve tried shumoukh, Safire leather, and body oil.
