Great programme
I really enjoyed being part of this programme and chatting with my mystery shopper while we waited for my car. The John Lewis voucher was an added bonus. Hats off to Nissan, too for actively monitoring and improving dealership performance.

Had a great afternoon with Deryn from Performanceinpeople whilst waiting for my car to be serviced (as a mystery shopper). She explained everything and was a pleasure to spend time with!

Anita is the Mystery Shopping assessor…
Anita is the Mystery Shopping assessor for my Nissan service and MOT. She is helpful and informative, providing clear instructions on the process.
During the day of service, the process was smooth and I found it to be an interesting and engaging experience. I would participate again if there were an opportunity.

Ritika is soo amazing
Ritika is soo amazing! From start to finish of the process, she was friendly, understanding, warm and full of spirit. She made me feel soo comfortable and I would definitely do this process again. I've never been apart of these programmes, but she has made me want to do this more. I wish her all the best in the future and if your reading this, this is your sign to take part in a performance programme for companies
