I ordered the 357 golf club for my husband's birthday in August. When he received the club he was very pleased with it. It has not made him a perfect golfer but it has made him a happy golfer. Sadly we live in north dakota and golf is not an option right now. But when warm weather comes again he will be happy. Thank you.

I had bought a Click Stick product and when I decided to cancel my free trial period on the Performance Golf site they were very courteous and quickly stopped my trial before any billing.

Purchased a club. then noticed i was receiving unauthorized charges. numerous emails and phone calls take days/weeks for a return call. when speaking to a representative they claim i authorized and would not remove charge. mor calls and emails where somebody indicated that if i tried the subscription for 30 days and did not want they would issue a refund. have been trying to contact for days with no return calls. this company is a sham and i would advise not to do business with them

I have not used performance golf and perhaps will not but I have been super impressed with how they handled a fraudulent payment on my card that was used to purchase some goods .
a quick response and active investigation led to the goods not being delivered and payment refunded to my card !
Excellent costumer service even when not actively using !

I purchased from Performance Golf the 357 club. The sale price was $150 and they charged my credit card $299. It is difficult trying to talk to a case manager and getting a refund. I had to cancel my credit card because they keep charging my card. I am sorry I ever purchased the club. They advertise a full refund if you’re not happy with your purchase that’s a joke.

SCAM - SCAM - SCAM!!! If you want a golf club, buy it in a store. Bought a golf club as a Christmas gift. When I ordered it the lady mentioned a 30-day free trial membership. I said "NO, cancel the golf club - I do not want it if I have to cancel a membership that I already know I DO NOT WANT." After much discussing, the lady assured me that she had "HANDLED IT" and I would "NOT NOT BE ENROLLED IN THE FREE TRIAL MEMBERSHIP." Fast forward to Jan 1, 2026: credit card was charged for membership. Attempted to contact someone on Jan 3, 6, 11, 13 and 14 and left msgs with customer support and billing. No response. Decided to wait and see when happened in Feb. Sure enough, Feb 1, 2026 I was charged again. Sales lady flat out LIED!!! I still have NOT been able to cancel. Seems my only option is to cancel my credit card that I have had for years. PLEASE... DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY... NO MATTER WHAT THEY TELL YOU!!!

After purchasing the 357 and having a great experience with the club, I then purchased the 359. Again I nad great success.. if you are looking for an easy club to hit, I certainly recommend these two clubs. Now I purchased the THRIVER in hopes of having the same result. Time will tell because being a senior golfer, ever day getting out of bed will determine if I can play that day. I plan on playing this weekend so maybe I can give you a positive update on that club.😇😇😇

This place is like the eagles song Hotel California. You can shop once but you can never quit getting charged. The customer service rarely answers the phone and if they do, they’ll promise to call you back but good luck with that. Charge after charge after charge. All I wanted was a single club I guess I’m locked into a lifetime membership that I’ll never use. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!!

Just bought one golf club. Then the high pressure sales calls and email started (more than 100 mails and 24 calls over the past seven weeks). They also charged me for a monthly membership (that I did not sign up for) of $29.00 plus tax, per month.

What's up with a monthly charge for a membership I did not purchase? Like the club, but not worth the trouble of dealing with trying to cancel something I did not want or purchase. Calls are not returned even though Customer Service rep indicated they would return the call, twice! I have spent two days calling and two days waiting for the return. Being snowed in makes the wait easier!!
So, I am guessing a refund for two months of nothing is out of the question.

I had to tell quite few telemarketers that I would cancel my order if they called again. I am ready to send ut back just because of the over the top sales pressure. Forget this company. If they have to put the much pressure on you, it's a good bet they're product is crap.

Be careful, they will hound you to death. Also watch any subscriptions they offer. was charged for 2 months on something I said I didn't want from the start. Spent 30 minutes to get in touch with someone to make sure everything got cancelled. I thought it was going to be a easy experience just to buy a golf club but not so much. after countless emails and phone calls hopefully everything will now be stopped.

I ordered the 357 with a senior shaft. After 1 round I realized I should have ordered regular shaft. I called customer service and was told to return my purchase and they would get the regular shaft club out immediately. Performance Golf did exactly what was promised. I LOVE the club but more importantly, Performance Golf Customer Service is FANTASTIC.
