Excellent delivery speed. Looking up online how to install was very simple. I did ask for the diagram and have not received it yet but I wish you would have sent it in the mail with the product. I feel it’s something to consider because I can’t install without it.

i payed for the 2-3 day shipping and it’s been a week and i still haven’t got it.

Shipping/delivery very slow. Almost 2 weeks for shipping and still paid $12 for shipping. Was excited to get it but didn’t like the 2 week wait. P

Safe easy and hold on to the steering wheel. The performance chip is awesome very easy to install.

I got the product but once it came time to install the part I followed instructions to contact customer service if there were any issues and I sent 2 emails requesting assistance and I have still not received any support what so ever.i considered just returning the product but I bought it for a reason .

I have been trying to contact performance chips on install And no answer, I have been trying to return the chip and I have not received and answer for that.

didn't notice any change in performance and caused trouble code waste of money.

made absolutely zero difference in my 95 eagle talon and it shipped late pos completely, i paid for the shipping and also email and call you guys for help installing but no answer so you guys suck

Want my money back. Horrible customer service. Will take your money and ignore you

I have asked twice for so help with installing this in my 09 Scion xD. Haven’t received any. I thought I would get better directions and something a little more vehicle specific in the way of instructions. I would love to say it was a great buy. But I can’t install and it’s been sitting there for over a week now. Not happy

I purchased a chip for my 2019 Titan. They are dishonest about install on their site. There is no support from this company, at all. The direct you their site for everything and never do anything. the BBB and everyone needs to know this, #SCAM.

I couldn't get the chip installed I asked for a diagram for my 2005 Saab 9-3 they gave me a different year and a completely different engine layout tried figuring it out myself can do it either asked again for an engine layout still didn't get the right one ended up kind of buying the chip for nothing seems like a really good business and probably a good performance chip but couldn't get any information how to do it and didn't want to ruin my car ended up not getting to install the chip at all

i have ordered three performance chips from this company,and everything has been provided for me to complete the installation with the tech support .Upon installation I noticed an improvement immediately in performance .Thank You
