Every time I try to login or reset the…

Every time I try to login or reset the login, it either tells me my login is incorrect or the password reset process fails. I haven't used Perfect Money in a very long time, so long that I don't remember, so I doubt I have funds in my account. Either way, the website is cumbersome to use. The Turing number (captcha) every time initially creates a bad user experience.

A Haven for Scammers and Suspicious Practices

Prefect Money used to be a great company, but now it has devolved into a platform for scammers. They've blocked most countries—or perhaps all of them—except Iran, which they suspiciously removed when attempting to sign up. This seems like a deliberate move to facilitate money laundering for gambling sites. Shame on you, Perfect Money

Poor user experience

I keep receiving emails from this company about account closures for customers in the United Kingdom, but every time I attempt to login or reset the login, it either tells me my login is incorrect or the password reset process fails. I haven't used Perfect Money in a very long time, so long that I can't remember, so I doubt I have funds on the account. Either way, the website is cumbersome to use. The turing number (captcha) every time makes for a poor user experience to begin with.

Perfect Money Perfect Scam !

They will let you open an account and add money to your account very swiftly without asking for anything regarding your official identification cards. Then when you add enough money they will LOCK your account, even if you are Jesus and didn't do anything wrong. When you ask them why?. They will say you are from a certain country (Saudi Arabia In my case) and we decided not to work in your country as a result of the restrictions. We decided to close your account. They will not give you your money back or give you a chance to use it or transfer it unless you do these things and I quote.
"You have to verify:
- your phone number by submitting PIN sent to your phone via SMS message
- your identity by submitting scan or photo of government issued ID or passport
- your account address by submitting scan or photo of official issued document with your surname and address on it (utility, phone or internet bill, bank statement etc).
There are no alternative options due to our security policy."
Take in consideration that these requirements came after less than 24 hours after I entered my account and change my password as a request from them and used a PIN number that has been sent to my e-mail.
Even if you risk sending a copy of your ID card which is against the rules in some countries. Make sure that they will not accept it if there is any slight differences in the information or in some cases they will not accept at all. Bottom line they will steal your money at anytime they want, So be ware of these thugs.

Oh world

Oh world, hear this: Perfect Money is hand in hand with money launderers.

How is it that my account and yours get blocked from anywhere in the world, but it's still active for illegal gambling sites?

Dear Perfect Money

Dear Perfect Money,

Why is it that despite Iran being under sanctions, most Iranian websites still use your payment method, while users from other countries have their accounts closed? I’m genuinely curious—given the high volume of transactions and the possibility of them being illegal, why haven’t these accounts been closed yet?

I’m confused

I’m confused. Why have all our accounts been blocked, but illegal Iranian gambling sites and exchangers—operating without any licenses and actively involved in money laundering—still have access to Perfect Money services? Is it because they have a lot of money?

Why is it that people like me, whose livelihood depended on their accounts, had to be blocked while these platforms continue to operate freely? Perfect Money is nothing but a scam that only cares about profits.

They've been great, but bye for now

We've been using Perfect Money since we started our business, years ago. We gained a lot of customers by using this payment method. I'm rating it 5 stars because their service was fantastic.
Now, they are shutting down. We received a notice about it and we have 30 days. This is sad, because we will be loosing a large amount of our income, since we had lots of clients using PM.
While we are sad to see PM close, we would like to give you a big thanks for everything! And please make an announcement if ever PM would be back again. Best of luck to the PM team!

Not Perfect .. at all !

This review is based on experience for those with Irish Accounts who 'will have 30 days to complete any withdrawals before your account is officially closed'. After contacting customer service who to be 'fair' were very fast, in being very UN-helpful. My request was could they lower the min transaction amount of $300 so I could withdraw to my account & could not lodge to the account to meet the minimum requirement as it was now locked. After EIGHT completely 'unfortunately' we cannot help BUT we can close your account AND keep your money or use another service like 'ours' & pay commissions. You decide if this 'take it or leave it' attitude is where you wish to find yourself .. (A completely unyielding, unhelpful, company with no respect for customers).
Opinion only for response below - Always be weary where the supplier blames their 'partners' rather than take full responsibility of what is under their direct control.
