Lucas from Perfect Homes did upgrade on all my windows and doors...and I found him so efficient..friendly and so enthusiastic about his work...making sure everything before he left i was completely happy with ...which I was Wish every company had a Lucas working for them...Delighted with everything and have no problem recommending your company to others.

I had two doors replaced by Perfect Home during the summer. Initially, everything seemed fine, and the installation appeared neat and professional.
However, once the weather turned colder, it became clear that one of the doors had not been fitted properly. There is a significant draft coming through — noticeably worse than with the old door it replaced. A properly installed new door should improve insulation, not make it worse.
I contacted them about the issue and was told someone would come out to adjust the door. An appointment was arranged, but no one showed up. Since then, my calls have gone unanswered and my messages have been ignored.
It’s extremely disappointing to receive this level of aftercare, especially after paying for what should have been a quality installation. Good customer service doesn’t end once payment has been made. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend Perfect Home.

Would highly recommend luckas who fitted window hinges, seals, locks along with 2 door handles. He came on time, worked without any trouble cleaned up afterwards. He was polite and resspecful, an asset to the company no doubt...

Like all that have gone before me have said, the service by the perfect home team is at a really high level. We had a new door installed and we couldn’t be happier, the install job is extremely high quality and the team left the area immaculate when complete.

I had the front door replaced at my home by Perfect Home Windows. From the interactive design tool on the website through to the fitting of the door everything was extremely efficient. Their time estimates from the ordering of the door to the installation of the door were spot on. The fitters did a great job including the finishing plaster work around the doorway and leaving no mess for me to clean up. Also they took away the old door and frame. I would highly recommend using Perfect Home Windows 👌

We have two windows which the opening cut the electrical Internet cables under the gutters ,they made the new one for me in two days to install them on without any additional charge.

Perfect home were great. We had draughty windows. They came out, did an assessment and found that a number of the hinges were broken. They then fixed these and tightened the seals on others. Great result and highly recommended.

Absolutely love this company they did an excellent job on installing my new front door, their services were super efficient and they did and stood by everything they said they would from start to finish I'd an excellent experience with them. They even put new cement around the outer part of the door which before that had cracked uneven cement i didn't expect this from them. The quality of the door is a lot more superior then I'd ever expected it's so thick heavy and the sound it makes when it clicks closed is so nice once it closes it drowns out every single sound and i can feel the difference already as it's now warmer in the hallway i loved being able to personalize every aspect from designs to colors and another thing i never expected was it self locks once closed out so this is an excellent safety feature and it came with 3 keys, the people from the company were so nice and accommodating that they even offered to change the locks if i didn't like the door with that self lock option but I'm very happy with it as it is and one more thing is that this company ring me days later as a follow up phone call to make sure i was happy with everything. Their entire communication was excellent and always they gave quick email and phone call responses. I don't know of any other companies that would do this so i can't recommend this company enough

I got a new front door, and windows installed by Perfect Homes, and I couldn't be happier!
Many neighbors told me how nice they look, and the one's who didn't were caught by my ring doorbell taking a moment to look at them.

The website is great for messing around designing different windows and doors, and makes selection of pf what I wanted far easier than other providers.
And compared to other provider, the price was far more competitive.

Couldn't recommend them enough.

Ordering the door was an easy process and the team was very responsive. Following the order, the office staff informed me well in advance for the measurement appointment. Voytek was always available to answer questions and accommodate any changes to the order. The installation was handled by Chris, who did an excellent job and left everything spotless. I would highly recommend Perfect Home!

Voytek has installed a very beautiful door today, I can't stop looking at it. Very beautiful design, excellent workmanship, he worked very hard to ensure it's done to the highest standard. I would recommend him to anyone who wants a beautiful door for their home.
