Amazing, friendly company, Highly recommended
Ordered our 11 windows and was told they would be ready in 4 weeks from the survey, they arrived early yes I said early, the fitters were so nice and friendly they got them in in 2 days, they had to return for finishing, and they are amazing, cleaned up every time and took all rubbish with them, We HIGHLY recommend this company and the fitters Liam and Jordan, I cannot praise them enough, a wonderful stress free experience, We have already put the word out to friends

Deliver a High Quality Product with Good Customer Service
Our French doors and top panel were built to a high standard of fit and finish and feel very durable. Despite a miscommunication about one aspect of the door, Garry and Eddie who I dealt with remained courteous and professional in helping resolve the issue, and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them as a company who deliver a great product and who put the customer first. If you have a fairly detailed specification in mind, it’s worth triple checking with them that it is definitely possible, as it turned out something I had asked for wasn’t possible in the end, but I fully appreciate the level of care they put into make it right.

We received an excellent service from Perfect Glazing. Everyone we have been in contact with has been courteous and helpful from my initial enquiry to fitting the new windows. We are really pleased with our new windows which have transformed our house and made it so much more comfortable. We live in an old property and wanted windows which were in keeping with the style of the building but were also efficient especially as we are in an upper level property and exposed to the elements. We certainly received what we were looking for. I have to commend the fitters who were so hard working, amenable and who tidied up so well afterwards. Thank you

Had a patio door replaced recently
Had a patio door replaced recently. Plus points:- no annoying sales pitch just here's the price, salesman was in and out in fifteen minutes. Wait time was just 3 weeks. Payment up front was only 10% with balance after installation.
Not so good points:- installers left quite a bit of excess silicone on sill, frame and glass which has been a bit of a pain to clear up. Fitters didn't fully sweep up patio after work ( a dustpan full of plastic sawdust and silicone gun ends). Door definitely feels a lot more flimsy than the cr smith unit it replaced. Other than that fine although all correspondence was via text messages so no paper or even email copies of receipts and invoices which feels a bit unprofessional.

Extremely professional company
Extremely professional company, I had 2 windows and a composite door installed to a very high standard. From the initial contact to completion was an absolute breeze. The fitters were very pleasant, did a brilliant job and cleared away all the mess, I couldn’t ask for any more. Absolutely brilliant from start to finish
After a terrible experience with a previous window company I reached out to Perfect Glazing and I’m so glad I did. From the very first conversation the team was professional understanding and genuinely helpful. They took the time to listen to what had gone wrong before and gave me complete confidence that they would put it right.
They installed two beautiful new doors which completely transformed the look of my home and they also fixed the mess left behind by the last company without any complaints. The quality of the work was outstanding and the whole team was friendly tidy and respectful throughout.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Perfect Glazing to anyone. They’ve restored my trust and delivered exactly what they promised. Five stars.

Just had our front door replaced with Perfect Glazing and we are very pleased with it. The salesman Luca who first attended our property was a lovely boy, very polite and wasn’t overly pushy so we agreed to go ahead, we had a few issues with the fitting time which was due to a stocking issue of the colour we had chosen, I always received a quick response to my messages to Luca and after a phone call to the office where unfortunately I experienced an extremely unhelpful and pretty rude member of staff I received a call from Garry who was lovely and managed to resolve the issue quickly.
