Exceptional outcome and service
Permanent cosmetics are a somewhat risky thing if you get them wrong, especially on the face. This is why I am so happy to have found El. She did my eyebrows for me, and I am so happy with the result. She is patient, thorough, efficient, extremely knowledgeable, and with very high standards. I have recommended her to my friends. She keeps you informed of everything throughout the process, and with aftercare. A big thank you to her, and to Natalia who is also excellent at all the admin stuff. Would highly recommend.

The most natural looking brows
I have been looking for a brow professional to do my brows so they look as natural as possible. El is truly an artist. She has archived a perfection for me and I could not be any happier. She has listened to what I wanted for my final results and also suggested some changes. I am now considering tinting my lips and it will only be with her. I Highly recommend her and thank you El!

The only place I'll go for microblading in London.
Second time getting my eyebrows and eyeliner tattooed with El, and I won't be going anywhere else in the future. El is extremely skilled at what she does, providing customised service for every client, and all the equipment and materials at Perfect Definition are top quality. I was really impressed by the very thoughful aftercare products El provided as part of the service package and they certainly helped my recovery a lottt.

I am really pleased with the result of my microblading procedure. Very happy with both, colour and shape of my eyebrows.
El was extremely meticulous and caring during and after the procedure.
Great level of customer service also from Natalia that helped schedule the appointments and pre-tests.

Latino eyeliner and lip blush- very pleased!
I did the Latino eyeliner and lip blush with El- from start to finish it was a fantastic experience. Natalia (clinic manager) got back to me quickly and was efficient at booking me into clinic, sending me forms, and answering any questions I had. When I came for my first appointment, El immediately put me at ease. I was worried that it would hurt or that the result would be too heavy/ not what I wanted. El took time to talk to me about exactly what I was after and gave helpful advice about what would suit me. She drew on the design to my eyes/lips and we worked together to find the exact look I wanted. She put on local anaesthetic and the process was quick and relatively painless. She also explained the aftercare and gave me the products I needed. I am really pleased with the results- they are exactly what I wanted. Thanks El and Natalia!

I have been going to El since 2018 and she is absolutely amazing, so amazing that I recommended her to my mother (who has been a loyal customer since then too).
El really takes the time to understand your needs and desired outcome. She is so patient, professional and polite. She always does such a brilliant job with our eyebrows which has made such a huge difference in my confidence and my mum’s too. It has been a huge time saver not having to do them each day and to wake up with perfect eyebrows!

I am in my late 50’s with thinning…
I am in my late 50’s with thinning eyebrows and didn’t want a block of colour but something that didn’t look too obviously ‘done’. I had spent a lot of time looking at El’s instagram posts of microblading and had had personal recommendation for her. She took time to make sure I was happy with the shape and colour I chose, and I am very happy with the result. Plus El exudes competence and confidence and is delightful.
