Bad service
I have used this site many times and I have had many problems with this site. Not only did I pay extra for faster delivery and ended up taking two weeks to arrive but then on a separate order they send out the wrong product. I would not recommend this site as I have had many head banging issues that are not complex or hard to solve or rectify

It's been 3 days since we sent your order and there might be delay due to short off RM staff. Well contact with you as soon as we get any more details.
Update: Parcel arrived on 4th July 2021 (3204575660002C1EE46D1), just 2 days after estimated delivery date. Delays are due to pandemic and weather conditions.

What's more, he did get 10% off entire order. Everything arrived safely following day. What's more, we added FREE samples, which weren't displayed in the picture. Perhaps, they are added as a FREEBIE from our store...
