All available COAs are published directly on each product page. You simply need to open the relevant product and click on the COA section.
We have already explained this to you several times through the online chat. If, despite these repeated answers, you are still unable to locate the documents on the product pages, unfortunately there is not much more our customer service team can do.
It is therefore incorrect to suggest that we do not want to answer your questions. The information is available online, and we have already directed you to it multiple times.

Customer service doesn't care
Customer service doesn't care about you if the product is faulty or something goes wrong.
I ordered sermorelin, had it properly stored in the freezer and when I reconstituted the peptide it got pretty cloudy (bad sign). Also note that the vial wasn’t air vacuumed.
I emailed them 2 times over the last days and haven’t received an answer… Really disappointed since I had high expectations about this vendor.
EDIT(response):
Yes, I took the label myself so you could clearly see the cloudyness. Also, I detailed how the peptide and BAC water were stored and how I did the reconstitution process.
Anyway, all of this you have said below could have been talked about through email, but you haven’t replied until I came to here to Trustpilot.

We are sorry to read this review, but several important elements are missing from the complaint.
You contacted us almost 2 months after receiving your order. The photo provided showed an unlabelled vial. You also did not provide any information showing how the product had been stored, how it had been reconstituted, or which solvent had been used.
Without all these details, and without being able to confirm that the vial shown was the product supplied by peptidesfrance.co, we are unable to verify the issue or approve a refund or replacement (2 months later...)
The Sermorelin batch concerned had also been independently tested by Janoshik, and we had not received any similar reports from other customers regarding this batch.
We take genuine product complaints seriously, but they must be supported by verifiable information relating to the product actually supplied.

J'ai commender 2 fois avec Peptides France et les produits sont top! easy correspondance and delivery. I would 100% recommend this company as there are many not so secure and pure peptides sellers around. Shame they don't offer a loyalty program or promotional codes for better value.
