Avoid

I ordered a jigsaw puzzle as a Christmas present for my sister. The package arrived ok however when I went to gift wrap it the box seemed to light therefore I opened it to find no jigsaw inside.
I contacted Peppers Paradise and after several emails they agreed to replace the product stating they would email me with the tracking number once it was available - no time scale provided. I have now contacted them as I have heard nothing after 6 weeks to be told I should have contacted within 7 days!!! Perhaps they should have stated the time scales for the replacement!
Avoid this company!

No show on the item ordered, shop don’t wanna know

This was a Christmas present bought on 5th December.
In the week before Christmas it still hadn’t arrived with no info to suggest it would arrive on time.
It didn’t arrive for Christmas and in fact, it’s now 31 January and it still hasn’t arrived.
The tracking apparently says delivered, (though not where) and the company take no responsibility.

Item delivered after 3 weeks, terrible quality and not as I had described needed to be made even though I had provided photographs as requested. No refund will be given as their "policy" states only able to refund 14 days from order date. If that's the case, you need to guarantee the customer actually gets the gift within those 14 days so they can actually stick to the stupid policy. Awful customer service, do not use. Website now closed so probably going to pop as another rip off company under another name.

Very poor service

Very poor service, do not buy the bouncing dog ball, our puppy demolished it in literally 30 minutes, a choking hazard, they saw the photos of the damage and refused a refund, even tho the bouncing ball was defective in it’s construction of material,

Cheap rubbish.

Vibrating / bouncing ball lasted all of 5 minutes before the outer rubber came off.
This was a jack Russell not a Rottweiler.

I bought 2 Toys which they said was…

I bought 2 Toys which they said was suitable for dogs . My dog chewed it within 5 minutes of getting it and nearly choked on the rubber around the ball . I said I wanted to send the other one back and was told I couldn’t because they arrived in good condition 😡I will never buy from this shop again.

Ball that was meant to bounce around…

Ball that was meant to bounce around didn't do anything although fully charged. I complained and they told me to contact carrier. I told them again it was faulty. They suggested I charge it! Third email offered me 10% discount. I give up and I'm raising a dispute with PayPal.

Scammers

I received a dog toy and the charging port was damaged so I couldn’t use it. They refused to send me another because I didn’t report it within 3 days, I never saw anything that said that. They offered me 10% off the price but what’s the point if it doesn’t work. Shameful , I’m sure if it’s damaged they have to refund or replace but I’m sick of arguing with them. Probably overseas sh*t . Don’t bother with these scammers

ordered a coat medium size came 5 weeks later after lots of e mails to them ignored when the coat came it was so small would not even fit a rabbit no return notes after lots of e mail again nothing no apoligies do not order from this site its complete rubbish dought if i will hear from them again they take you money quick enough.

Slower than a glacier...

I was expecting a speedy service, but 2 days later the order has not been processed. I get the feeling I have been scammed..... I have asked for a refund if the ordered is not processed by tomorrow. Should have gone to Amazon.

No Package, No replacement, No refund

Awful experience.
The two-week lead time was expected.
The couriers allegedly delivered the package to a neighbour's garden gate and provided a photo confirmation. The courier company is NOT AUTHORISED to leave any parcels at neighbour's gates, only in person. Why deliver to a neighbour's gate when you can deliver to my gate. My neighbour confirmed that no package was received. The photo is of a generic gate found in every home in our housing estate and could not be matched to my neighbour's gate.
I raised an incident with the courier and they confirmed the delivery and referred me to the vendor (Peppers). It took three weeks of constant pestering, only for Peppers to relay the delivery confirmation from the courier.
End result: No package, No replacement, No refund.
AVOID at all costs.
If a vendor can't stand behind their chosen courier (EVRI), take ownership, provide a replacement item or refund and use a different courier service going forward.
I wish I read these TrustPilot reviews before ordering as it seems to be a systemic problem.

Didn’t receive my order

Didn’t receive my order when asked for a refund all they keep saying is your ordered marked as delivered. They left the parcel on my doorstep and refusing to give me a refund!! BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK! Very disappointed with the customer service

Do not buy from them

Ordered an XL cooling dog bed , when it arrived I measured it as it looked smaller than the stated size should be 32x24 inch but was only 28x22.
I contacted them and they responded straight away asking for a video showing measurements. This I did and they asked me to give it a few days to expand as it had been vacuum packed. Which I did and it was still too small. They offered me 10% refund and after several emails I accepted 30% as they are a German company and would be difficult to get a satisfactory response from them. The quality of the bed is also not very good, the top is made from a fabric that pulls/ catches easily , not ideal with dogs claws.

Terrible Customer Service

Terrible Customer Service. Ordered a dog coat, which took nearly three weeks to arrive. I measured my dog as per their instructions but the coat is about 2" away from zipping up on her so useless. Very unhelpful Customer Service. I would never buy from them again and would certainly advise people not to use them

Ordered a lifelike item that wasn't. It was supposed to have a magnet on the back, that was missing.
Customer Services by email said I had what I ordered, which clearly I didn't, even after sending video and photos of the item without a magnet.
Just another scam company not fulfilling their contractual orders.
Keep away use your money in a safer company. Complete waste of time.

I didn't read the review beforehand and so wish I had. My order arrived extremely late, incomplete with below standard quality. After nearly 4 weeks I am trying to get them to deliver what I asked for. They are obstructive, unhelpful and in my opinion an extremely untrustworthy operation. AVOID.

Rotate cat toy a rip off

Product took a long time to arrive when it did there were no instructions. The little light never worked and the box looked like it had been opened. Very poor quality. I don’t recommend at all. Sadly never read the reviews first.
