Pepper fill a very valuable niche
Pepper fill a very valuable niche. Where cases don't fit the High St and are too good for the severe adverse end of the spectrum Pepper are the our new first choice.
We contacted our BDM and he was all over our clients situation within hours. His advice was invaluable and accounted for a rapid offer arriving which impressed both us and our client.
On a pure business comparison note, Pepper know their strengths and don't try to go where they are not strong. They were keen to educate us on these so we would chose them first next time. I can say it worked.

Quick responses to any queries raised. However, the underwriter for some reason wanted to use historic working hours and an old hourly rate for affordability?
After contacting my BDM Alex Hall, this issue was quickly resolved with his intervention.
Overall a positive experience.
