Extremely disappointing – poor quality and terrible customer service

Unfortunately, my experience with this company was truly negative. I ordered a set, and the colours did not match the pictures shown on the website at all. I contacted customer service and sent clear photos showing the discrepancy, but I received only one reply, denying any issue – completely disregarding the evidence I provided.

After that initial message, they stopped responding altogether. On top of that, the phone number listed on their website doesn’t work, making it impossible to reach them directly or resolve the matter efficiently.

I feel completely ignored as a customer and extremely dissatisfied with both the product and the service. It is unacceptable for a brand to treat its customers this way. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

The items I ordered on January 7th never arrived. I sent several emails that were never answered, the phone number on your website is not assigned.

I managed to get in touch via Instagram. They informed me that the order was lost on GLS and, without any questions, I received an email with a store voucher. The articles I have listed or similar are now out of stock.
According to the law they have to refund the money. I do not want a voucher, I have already informed the brand that I want a refund in cash. I haven't received any response.

Awful customer services never respond they kept my money and my order never arrive , they seems not to exit anymore

Terrible costumer service. i asked to change the number of the trousers and they kept the product and the money. They don't reply to emails, it's as if they don't exist.
