Got the date wrong and low capacity

My council picked them to provide school transport for my son. On the first day of this term, they didn't show up. When asked, they said they thought the service would start from tomorrow, despite I called them last week to confirm everything was ready for today.

While similar things happened before, at least other providers could quickly get a replacement. They don't seem to have much capacity, so bear this in mind when booking with them.
