First of all, PeopleFinders gave me a very accurate description of the person I was looking to learn more about. I paid a small fee and then a couple of other very small charges and I was able to get the information that I needed.
My report was accurate and I can verify information
good customer service skill, he happy to help , he made the process was easy
Scam.
Said most everything was “unknown.”
Clicked on thinking I was paying $3.95 then get charged $29.95 unknowingly signing up for a membership. Called and talked with David and Alan who refuse to refund because it was in the fine print.
David responded to my concerns quickly and fixed the problem
The agent was extremely helpful, clear and responsive. All my issues and concerns were resolved. Thank you!

I still dont know how I got signed up and had reported the previous month payment to my credit card but nothing was done. At least I dont have to worry about future charges

Victor was Very helpful in assisting my difficulties
Victor communicated professionally and provided a resolution to my case.
BEWARE! I bought one piece of data and was enrolled in a $25/ month plan - no email, no account number, just a charge. According to Better Business Bureau, this is a common complaint about their business practices.
