Product was not plug and play
Product was advertised as plug and play . The unit sent included led headlights and parking/turn signal led bulb. The parking bulbs were useless as they were plug in bulbs. The original bulbs are twist in socket connectors. We had to go buy twist in led. Either the company doesn’t know the vehicle they are supplying parts or don’t care.
On a positive note the headlight units were a perfect fit and installation was relatively easy.
Had the proper bulbs been included or an adapter I would have given 5 stars.

Installation was so easy
Installation was so easy. I have installed alot of aftermarket accessories and have never seen instructions that were so well done. All parts were labeled and had colored pictures to show how to put on 1 step at a time. Well done!!

Item description was totally wrong
Item description was totally wrong. Tried to return the item and have gotten no email back. I’ve called twice and they told me they’d send me a shipping label and I’ve gotten nothing.

Order process was easy to use
Order process was easy to use. They even called that I had the correct model Tacoma I was ordering the part for. Shipping was quick. Item was packaged well. Instruction could be improved but I was able to figure installation out with info included. Love the nerf bar steps I ordered. Can’t ask for anything more from a vendor !!!
