Good company to deal with, quick reply. Only note would be to make people aware possibility of companies replying directly to the person, not pension pie. Apart from that really happy

Pension Pie - Helping You Reconnect with Your Lost Pensions
At Pension Pie, we specialise in helping individuals trace and reconnect with their lost or forgotten pensions. With years of experience in pension tracing, we understand how easy it can be to lose track of pension schemes, especially with career changes, company closures, or the passage of time. That’s where we come in.
Our service is simple and hassle-free. When you sign up, we take the burden off your shoulders by thoroughly investigating your pension history. We contact former employers, pension providers, and government agencies to track down any pensions you may have built up over the years. Whether it’s a workplace pension from a dissolved company or a contracted-out State Earnings-Related Pension Scheme (SERPS), our team goes the extra mile to find it for you.
We handle all the communications, writing directly to employers, pension schemes, and even the Pension Protection Fund (PPF) and HMRC, ensuring every possible lead is explored. If needed, we also follow up with major pension providers, ensuring no stone is left unturned in your search.
Transparency and communication are at the heart of what we do. We keep you updated at every step of the process, and any responses we receive are immediately shared with you. While we cannot guarantee a positive outcome in every case, our dedicated team works tirelessly to give you the best possible chance of reconnecting with your pensions.
At Pension Pie, our goal is to give you peace of mind and help you uncover the financial benefits you’ve worked hard to earn. Let us do the legwork so you can focus on what really matters. Trust us to help you take the first step toward reclaiming your pensions.

Unimpressed. I thought this was an HMG service, but was wrong! I was asked for a fee of £250, but their web sire shows £225. Little indication of how they operated and what they might be able to achieve. Since I abandoned my application, I have received numerous "reminders" which include an opportunity to unsubscribe. However, that leads only to a page headed "This page isn't working at the moment". Not a total surprise.
Make sure you understand what they are offering.

I left the UK over 20 years ago and since making my first pension contribution in 1980, I have had 10 different fixed addresses, my main email address was discontinued by the provider, tracking down 4 past pensions was always going to be a big 'ask' especially when some employers were no longer in business.
While researching how best to do this and finding the proposed new UK pension "dashboard" kept being delayed, I came across PensionPie. I signed up and from Dragana's first reply, I knew this long tedious search was going to be tackled in a calm, professional and methodical way by people who really understood the task in hand.
Sure, there was an initial arrival of 'pension not found' letters and emails from various companies, could it be I had opted out from some? Checks were made to see if I had, and Dragana was constantly keeping my spirits up with her proposals for next steps. Having to write letters from outside the UK would have been a pain but PensionPie handle all that and keep track of what was written to whom and when. All has been found. I had indeed moved a 1st pension into the 2nd. Thanks to Dragana and PensionPie for making it happen.

The help and regular correspondence from Sue and Pension Pie couldn’t have been better, I was updated every step of the way, my pension was traced within a month (I’d been trying for a long time to find it) excellent work by Pensionpie.

Total waste of time- the only thing I was updated with was a request for the fee. Random companies contacted which had no connection with anywhere I worked, and one company in error that I didn't work at. wouldn't discuss a refund after this last mistake either. Don't use them.

I was trying to find my work place pension taken out in 1996.It was first with London & Manchester who were bought out by Friends Provident and then taken over by Royal London and Aviva. I had all of the information with me also the policy numbers. many phone calls, emials, setting up accounts to trace lost pensions, but none would admit to having it,
I was adviced to seek help from Pensionwise, after leaving my details someone called me a few days later and recomended that I use Pension Pie.
after some hesitancy and I had no other options left , payment was made to Pension Pie. An account was set upwith my details, A few weeks later I was getting letters back from enquires made by Pension Pie, one of them from Aviva saying thankyou for updating my address, and the next letter showing my Pension update.now I already had an account with aviva and had filled up online forms for tracing a lost pension and got no response.
Pension Pie had sent the letter to the right corner of Aviva to trigger a response, after 24 years a significant amount was there and no correspondence with me although Aviva had my address. It was well worth paying Pension Pie to trace this. I can recommend them.

Polite and helpful customer service. I paid the fee, then was informed by email that my request did not qualify. This email was sent in error automatically and caused concern. Dragana from Pension Pie contacted me and apologised for the miscommunication. She resolved the issue. Polite, patient and helpful.

I would not have known where to start tracing my pensions but from the information I supplied when I started the process I got a good deal of responses from various companies and was well supported during the process .

Ok , first of all I’m not good with this kind of thing , computers even mobile phones , my brain is not good at taking or keeping things in , (short attention span ) but the lady Sue I have been in contact with for a few months now has been absolutely amazing with me , I explained my situation to her and she totally understood me from the start , when she explains things to me she done it in away as if she has known me for years , very professional , very polite , very understanding , very helpful , normally when I speak to folk over the phone I get agitated , paranoid confused but she after the first minute had me relaxed to where I could explain that I’m not a clever person although she gave n made me feel confident and gave me respect , she explained she can’t advise me on certain things but but did say not to rush in to things , that alone was helpful. Anyway that’s what I have to say so I hope it’s helpful as I appreciated all the company has been doing for me would like to say again Sue Thank You so much for all your help.Terry S
