I recently used Pense for my Personal Pension advice and for setting up an annuity, I can highly recommend them after the efficient process from the initial advice I received from Kirk and all the help from Amber and the team in arranging my annuity, all the communications are clear and easy to understand they deserve many more than 5 stars! A very helpful and pleasant experience from Pense and especially Caroline and Amber who steered me through this process in a very orderly fashion. Some of my pensions companies (NEST and The People's Pension in particular) were incredibly onerous and drawn out but Amber was in constant contact with them and me to ensure the annuity came through in a timely way. Very polite, friendly and with great knowledge I felt that the service I received from Pense was open, honest and informed and I would highly recommend them. Thanks.

After speaking briefly with Pensionwise, they put me in touch with Pense who contacted me very promptly. I admit to being a little wary regarding pension scams but persisted with Pense who turned out to be excellent, providing a great service.
After initial consultation with Kirk I was then supported by Amber who kept me updated very well as to the current status of the pension move I was doing. The whole thing went very smoothly with money transfers without a hitch. I recieved great advice and will be using Pense again for future Pension consultancy.

Pense did an outstanding job in sorting out my pension, finding me an excellent lifetime annuity rate, which resulted in a lump sum and monthly income that were both significantly higher than I was expecting.
