When you are reordering upon receiving a placard in the mail, we shouldn’t have to pay outlandish setup fees again as if it’s our first order, when we already have everything on file. And it doesn’t cost $35-$40 to ship a 3-4lb box of pens. A 100 pens at $2 each should cost $200 plus tax, not $300 plus!

First delivery of cups were washed in the dishwasher, 10 of them, all the stickers/logos fell off. 2nd delivery of what I thought would be new & improved cups ….. same thing . Stickers & logos fall off.

I have now had three orders with Pens. There were problems with the first two. The first was shipped too late for the trade show. Pens said it was a problem with UPS. I'm sure that's true. But, the net impact was the same. The second order was for shirts, that arrived, but the logo was comically over-sized, and unwearable. Pens credited me for the shirts, which ended up in the trash. The third order was fine.

Bags arrived with wrong color imprint. Items were proofed. Also, Invoice shows the bag being purchased with the proper colors. Poor quality control to let this error occur and not be detected prior to production and/or shipping.

Telephone customer service was helpful explaining the offered discounts and ordering. The representative was attentive and did not make me feel like "just another call", but exhibited genuine interest in my questions. A mistake on one pen from my order of 100 was a minor issue. I contacted Pens.com and a refund for $1.78 is to be issued for the cost of the pen.

They advertise a price, have you design your product, then add on excessive additional fees including an absurd shipping charge. When I received my package, there were 3 bags of pens in the box... with no protective packaging despite the fortune I paid for shipping. Two of the bags had at least one pen that was broken and leaked ink onto approximately 50 of my 250 pens. So 20% of my product was ruined.
