Having used Pennine previously i popped in to get a quote for some new fence panels. I provided measurements and was advised i'd be contacted by email with a quote, 2 weeks passed and nothing, so I went back in and was bluntly told they won't make them. Very disappointed with the service and attitude towards a customer, so won't be using them again in the future!

Just got 7 small garden fences . Staff at pennine were really helpful in ordering and delivery. Quality and cost excellent.

I have recently used pennine fencing to purchase fence panels, posts, boards and post mix. The quality of their products is excellent and great value for money. I had this delivered to my home. This service was prompt and professional taking care at my property.

The staff gave me great advice over the phone and were supportive through my purchase. They communicated with speed and efficiency the next steps.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone. They are professional, friendly, accommodating, providing an excellent service from start to finish..

I've always used Pennine Fencing for my fence panels, so I was pleased when they began stocking paving products too, with an upcoming patio project on the cards.

To get going I needed some aggregate at short notice and they went out of their way to accommodate and delivered very quickly. Once we'd decided on which porcelain tiles we wanted, these were delivered shortly after along with the rest of our materials. The tiles (Country Silver) are looking great and are really well packaged with corner protectors and individual cardboard sleeves.

Once this project is finished, the 'boss' has designs on the next part of the garden, so I'm sure we'll be back for more as soon as the British weather allows!

I like to use local businesses if possible, and Pennine are just the ticket. Prices are good, the staff are always helpful and knowledgeable and they have plenty of stock. In fact their premises are probably the neatest and tidiest I've seen.

Excellent service and amazing quality was worth the travel from Middlesbrough I especially love the gate cannot wait to have my garden finished

Ordered fence panels, concrete posts, base panels and panel extenders from Pennine Fencing & Landscaping after shopping around to find a local company.
I’ve got an automatic 10% off at Tradepoint (B&Q) so tend to pick off bits and pieces up there, but was shocked to see concrete posts were £34.00 each which prompted some Googling of local builders yards which weren’t much better.
Long story short I found Pennine and the same posts were £18.75 so almost half the price, which was also as cheap or cheaper than anyone else I could find online.
Their website was also very good and I chose some very nice T&G fence panels to bring the full order to around £2,400.
To check that the posts weren’t cheaper because the quality was inferior I visited the premises and was reassured that the quality of the concrete products was excellent, and the wooden panels were as good as I’d hoped.
I didn’t actually place the order then as I had lots of work to do to get the ground ready for fencing, and the weather had taken a turn for the worse.
Eventually the order was placed and less than a couple of weeks later delivery was made with everything as it should be.
It’s a local family business which I like to support and the service was excellent, from responses to emails to the phone call the day before delivery to check what access was like to my house and if someone would be home.
Thoroughly recommended.

I'm pleased to say that the experience of buying materials from Pennine fencing was fantastic, particularly the help from Eria who helped me with my design for my garden gates,the quality of materials and delivery were perfect and I can't recommend the company enough

Quality fencing. It’s the best there is and all my family have been going here for over 10 years as we find it’s the best on the market. Good service at good prices. Would definitely recommend. Not cheap and tatty like a lot of places. Excellent quality. We love all our fencing and trellises. We travel from Manchester to Rochdale, that says it all.

Just had a delivery of continental panels and posts from pennine fencing, all I can say is 10/10 , excellent service, superior quality, and the delivery driver couldn't do enough for me. I couldn't recommend them highly enough definitely going to spread the word

I’m writing this to tell customers how appalling and unprofessional this company is I placed an order a month ago and the quality of the goods they have provided are a disgrace and my fence post did not last over a month!! They are all warped and bent extremely poor quality and when trying to speak to the manager (EIRA) she blamed due to the extreme heat is why they have bent and refused to even replace them & there is nothing they will do as it has been over 14 day period, the fence post cost £500+ and were going to be installed into an 83 years old pensioner garden and she has conned her.
They also get their fence post and panels not from this country and are made elsewhere!!
A disgraceful business and customer service who all they are interested in is getting paid and leaving the customer with faulty goods.

I don't usually have the time to write reviews about companies, but with Pennine Fencing I'll make an exception. The trellis panels I bought from them were 'top notch' and for the price they were excellent value when compared with other merchants. As I bought quite a few, they couldn't quite supply all that I needed, but as soon as more were back in stock they quickly followed up with the rest. Well done to the lovely ladies in the sales office too. A pleasure to do busines with.

have tried to order today ,just told to ring back her attitude abysmal ,they need to remember who is the customer , they deliver when they want ,have now used another supplier . Was the same when my parents wanted some panels. also had to take time of work for delivery wasted my time .

The staff were very friendly and helpful in person and over the phone. The delivery driver was excellent and went above and beyond. The soil and gravel we had delivered was just what we wanted and at a great price. All in all a very positive experience.
