An excellent service from start to finish – Brad’s support made what could have been a daunting process feel straightforward and manageable, especially as my laptop developed a mind of its own - which he sorted out for me.
We had a really positive Health & Safety visit with Brad to help us set up My Bright Safe. He was extremely helpful, professional, knowledgeable and encouraging throughout.
Brad explained everything clearly and took the time to make sure I understood how the system worked. Setting up a new nursery involves so much to think about, but he made the Health & Safety side of things feel much less overwhelming and gave me confidence that we were on the right track.
Nothing felt rushed, and I felt completely comfortable asking questions. Brad was patient, approachable and genuinely supportive.
Thank you, Brad, for all your help and encouragement. I came away feeling much more confident about using My Bright Safe and managing our Health & Safety requirements. A fantastic, professional and reassuring service that I would definitely recommend.

Do not trust this company to represent you in court. On the morning of preliminary hearing the representsitive churros sent an email stating he was representing me today. And needed me to email information. I was working a later shift that day of 12-8pm. I had come in early and this representative called me. Asking me for wage slips. Which where all sent across a year earlier to Pennisula and we had sort to ensure they had full details required. The reprensative was urging me to make a settlement of which I said no as I didn’t owe any money to claimant. She refused to work notice period and only worked four days on that month.
Because I exclaimed to the representative how unhappy I was at how ill prepared he was and actually quite taken back by the level of unprofessionalism and the level of arrogance. As something as serious as my business reputation. He said he sent the email yesterday and he didn’t know why I only received it today. In his email he clearly states “ I am representing you today”. So it just shows the level of integrity he has. He deliberately threw the case on purpose. To spite me. Untrustworthy company and I will be seeking compensation for this. I know exactly my rights on this and i cannot believe how let down I have been. I will be seeking to get out of this contract. They always squirm out of indemnifying you for anything anyway.

Drew has been extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable throughout our discussions. He took the time to listen carefully to our concerns, understand the needs of our business, and work through the various issues we raised.

Amie Hamilton has been excellent throughout the support she has provided us. She has been responsive, clear and extremely helpful in guiding us through a sensitive and fairly complex employment matter.
What I have particularly appreciated is that her advice has always been practical and easy to understand. She has taken the time to understand the background, review our correspondence carefully and suggest sensible amendments where needed.
Amie has also been very approachable and reliable throughout, and I have felt confident going back to her whenever we have needed further guidance. The support she has provided has been genuinely valuable and I would be very happy to recommend her.

Excellent-couldn't recommend highly enough
We have been a client of Peninsula for over 10 years and couldn't be happier with the service. We are on the priority team and have been supported through a range of complex and challenging situations by various members of the team, all of whom are exceptional, knowledgable, and responsive across all areas of HR and employment law.
We recently had a multi-day employment tribunal (the first one since being a Peninsula client), which included unfair dismissal, discrimination and unpaid holiday. The Peninsula litigation team were excellent on all counts; communications, preparation of the bundle and representing us at the PH and ET. Rachel Bastin stepped into our case with a weeks notice of the final ET, was up to speed with the whole case and bunde (500+ pages), and did a tremendous job representing us with all claims being dismissed. We can't thank her and Peninsula enough.

Elite tribunal victory and an exceptional Costs Order awarded in our favour!
We cannot praise the Peninsula litigation team highly enough for securing an absolute, unassailable victory for our nursery at a recent multi-day Employment Tribunal. We were facing highly complex, fabricated claims regarding whistleblowing detriments and automatic unfair dismissal from a former employee whose narrative was entirely designed to damage our business.
The strategic preparation was masterfully taken over by Litigation Consultant Dola Ajibade, who built a structurally bulletproof defense file over a critical two-week window. When an unexpected conflict meant Dola could not physically represent us at the live hearing, Rianna Nankya stepped in as our advocate with less than 24 hours' notice. The transition was completely seamless. Rianna mastered days of complex evidence instantly, stepped into the courtroom, and delivered an elite level of advocacy.
Together, Dola and Rianna completely dismantled the claimant's case. They exposed a fabricated March 2024 safeguarding allegation as a malicious grudge, disproved five distinct alleged detriments, and proved our management's total credibility. All of the claimant's claims were dismissed in their entirety.
To crown this victory, Rianna successfully argued a post-hearing Costs Application, resulting in the Tribunal granting a formal Costs Order against the claimant—a remarkably rare outcome that proves how thoroughly the claimant’s case was defeated. **Absolutely outstanding service from Harriet Armstrong – a true credit to Peninsula**
I honestly cannot praise Harriet Armstrong enough for the service she provided me.
From the very beginning, Harriet was professional, knowledgeable, patient, kind and incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond, taking the time to properly understand the situation and provide clear, practical advice whenever I needed it.
What made the whole experience even better was Harriet herself. She has a fantastic personality, is extremely approachable and is genuinely lovely to deal with. We built a really good working relationship throughout the time we worked together, and we got along so well. That made what could have been a stressful situation so much easier to deal with.
Harriet never made me feel like I was simply another customer or another case on her desk. She made me feel that my situation genuinely mattered and that she was there to help me find the right way forward.
The level of care and attention Harriet gave me was, quite simply, **priceless**. Her willingness to go the extra mile made a huge difference to me, and I am incredibly grateful for everything she did.
People often take the time to complain when something goes wrong, but I think it is just as important to recognise someone when they do an outstanding job. Harriet absolutely deserves that recognition.
**Peninsula are incredibly lucky to have someone like Harriet Armstrong on their team.** She is a fantastic representative of the company and someone who genuinely cares about the people she works with. In my opinion, she deserves a pay rise, a promotion and every bit of recognition the company can give her.
