Peter Makhlouf was very polite, detailed and went through everything with me over the phone. There was a couple of matters that he assisted me with and I feel like I got all the answers I needed and more and he explained everything and made sure I understood before moving on. Never had that experience from your company previously.

Great one on one customer support
We had Chris come out for our WHS introduction and had a great session covering quite a bit with more support to following in the coming week.
