Pene Gerber. is wonderful to speak with. She is direct, thorough and informative with her advice; allowing us to feel confident when dealing with our employees. As well, she takes the time to explain the 'whys' regarding the recommendations in order for me to understand and be able to support our employees regarding the situation. I never feel rushed by Pene and she ALWAYS completes the follow-ups or provides the documents/advice in a TIMELY manner. Other representatives I have dealt with take a long time to respond or I have to reach out again looking for the information.
