I requested an update to our records as I was receiving e-mails that were irrelevant to my department. Both Hannah and Nikisha responded promptly advising this had been done with Hannah also advising she would endeavor to get the rest of the team to follow the updated notes. Time will tell but I can't ask for more. Great service by both.

I use Pencarrie frequently as a supplier of my stock items for embroidery and resale. On checking a recent delivery I noticed that an item was missing, so I called customer services and spoke to Hannah.
I have to say that she was exceptional, the issue was dealt with within a matter of minutes, apologies given and free next day shipping for the missing item - she even offered to add any other items that I needed to the shipment to save me paying postage.
Hannah made what could have been a tricky conversation, into an easy, friendly chat - thank you Hannah.

Shelley along with the rest of your customer service team are absolutely brilliant. Nothing is too much trouble and more importantly whenever I phone up I’m made to feel like a valued customer. With every conversation I feel like they personally know me and we have been friends for years.
Years ago we used to choose our garments from the four big suppliers, BTC, Ralawise, Uneek and yourselves. We no longer do that 100% of our orders are now with yourselves.
I can’t fault the service you and all the customer service team provide.

Extremely disappointed with Pencarrie’s handling of a critical delivery issue.
We experienced repeated delivery failures over an eight day period via their courier partner. While courier issues can happen, the real problem was the lack of urgency and ownership from Pencarrie once it became clear how serious the situation was.
Despite being fully aware that the order was for a time sensitive event, replacement stock was delayed, decisions were made that reduced the chances of successful delivery, and responsibility was continually pushed back onto the courier. At no point did it feel like enough effort was being made to ensure the stock actually reached us.
This situation caused severe disruption to our business, wasted staff hours, and put an important customer relationship at risk. For a supplier of this size, I expected far better communication, urgency, and accountability.
Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend Pencarrie where reliable, time critical delivery is essential.

Their communication was clear, proactive, and incredibly professional throughout.
While the delivery problems were outside of their control, Pencarrie did everything they could to put things right, and I truly appreciate the effort and care they put into resolving the issue.
