Run away from this company check BBB complaints
Placed an order with Pens.com on 9/13 paid in full. Pens.com was contacted on 10/2 about an update on the order and explained that they could not verify the shipping address for the order so they canceled it on 9/30. So we asked for verification of the refund due to the charge hitting our card on 9/13. The agent stated she could request a refund. ????? so order canceled and no refund was processed. request of refund takes 24-48 hrs agent explained. But it was cancelled on 9/30. At this point would any refund have been given if we did not contact them? Agent explained that they have been trying to reach out to us by phone. It appears that the number they use are seen as spam calls. After speaking with agent they said that they spoke with someone at the office on 9/16 and that the office verbally cancelled the order. Wait I thought it was cancelled 9/30. Check the better business bureau complaints on them . This seems like a trend to take money and not deliver and struggle to refund. The day after all request were made we received an email asking us to pay for the order!!!! Again chatted with an agent who finally sent me a reference number for teh refund but again no refund yet. beware!!!
