No update about delivery it's been a month now.

No tracking no response.

Stay away from this Brand.

Would give 0 stars if I could - 2 weeks after ordering and still no watches. Tracking says they’ve only just been dispatched… from
China.
I’ve contacted customer services for a refund as they were a Christmas present, and get replies that don’t answer the question of how to receive my money back so I’ve put a dispute through my bank.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM - complete and utter scam.

I wish I’d read the reviews first. This company is a scam! I’ve never had such appalling customer service. May as well bin the crap they send. How are they managing to survive is beyond me.

Over a week and still hasn't been despatched. Asked to cancel after three days as wasn't despatched and told you can't cancel after 2.hours.of purchase. Emails tell me shipping is 20.days. website doesn't say that for UK. But it's 8.days now and not even handed to courier. Have actioned a refund through my bank as it's like talking to a wall

It’s a scam don’t buy anything from them. I didn’t get my order even waited for more than 2 weeks .

After looking at the watch I bought and looking at the watch on AliExpress I felt like a fool, I sat there seeing the same watch h I bought for £100 for £9 please I hope anyone who wants to place an order on here looks at this review

Fake cheap watches, not worth £5 I ordered 4 as gifts for Christmas and would be embarrassed to give them , when I shake the watches, sounds like a bag of broken glass, not worth a penny

Their shipping policy indicates 7-18 days for Canada, and they said it would ship from their closest warehouse, which is located in the USA. However, after 21 days I'm still waiting. Also, the tracking shows the watch was shipped from China and not Canada (their website does not list China as a location for one of their warehouses).

Don’t buy it’s a scam, i was about to buy a few watches till i saw the reviews, then i went to ali express and found the same watches for 11£ so it is a totally scam, don’t buy

They have the worst customer service in the world, I tried communicating with an agent called cherry and Maria, they don’t even care to listen to my issue

Never received the watch after trying to get in contact with them. No refunds either

Took 4 weeks to get here you can tell that is fake, it took me 20min to fix the size, the only good thing is that from far away it looks good 👍🏽. I’m not buying here again. The shipping was from Canada.

I have not received my parcel and now the company won't reimburse me . They told me to go to the courier for help who told me to go back to pelvivi just to be told there not interested. Terrible company . Hope no one buys from them

It’s a total scam, I paid for fast premium shipping a month and a half ago, and I still haven’t seen the watch. Customer service doesn’t bother to respond to anything, and they don’t process any refunds, they basically do nothing. Don’t order anything at all — the whole thing is a complete scam.

Never order from this company, It's totally a fraud and fake company. I have ordered two watches, it took three weeks to arrive(as showed in tracking app) and with stating 'due to wrong address it returned back', no one even called from delivery for clarification or information, not even sure if they have even try to delivery. When I reach them through mail immediately after tracking the product returning, they replied after 3 three weeks stating I have to pay extra to get the returned product back, which is ridiculously huge 30$ and refusing to refund stating that the order has been abandoned by overseas warehouse. Literally, I have never seen any companies products getting abandoned without their deal between courier service and the company. It's just reason and with that this Pelivini company is doing fraud to get more money.
