This is a great product

This is a great product, made very well and comforting to out pets. Our cats love it! It also keeps them directly off our sofa cushions.

Pelsbarn has GREAT accessories for dogs!

I think the Pelsbarn car accessories are great! My little guy wasn’t overly fond of car rides. I ordered the small bed and he thinks it’s great! The calming blanket gets good use in his bed in my computer room. Mostly, the cooling pads are FANTASTIC during the summer and if he gets too warm under the covers. I think I have four of them in various places.These are quality items and they wash & dry well. Anything I’ve gotten from Pelsbarn has been truly worth it!

Five Star Customer Service!

I have ordered two beds and a blanket from Plesbarn. The quality is outstanding. Easy to wash and my dog loves them. They come with FREE seatbelts. We lost one of them and when I went to to website to order a replacemant I saw that they didn't sell them. I sent and email and they gladly sent me a new one ---no charge. Their mission is another reason to love them!

Quality product. Got 2 of the couch beds. Beautful color. Our grandpuppy loves it. One at home and one at G'pa & G'ma's house. Stays on couch nicely without sliding off when used by a black lab.

They stood behind the mixup

I ordered a couple of items in the first part of December for Christmas Gifts. The order was processed, and items were packaged & shipped separately. Unfortunately, the tracking information and the carrier they used were not great. I tried to be understanding, given that it was the busiest time of year, but eventually reached out to their customer service via email for help. The first agent tried, but I ended up spending a lot of time tracking my products, reminding them I still hadn't received my items because the shipping company had missed the delivery window, and then delaying the packages' return to the hub so it could put them back out for delivery. After finally receiving both products, I reached out to their customer service to make good on all the time, frustration, and delays in my situation. The 2nd Agent was very responsive and checked the history of all the issues encountered. A solution was presented to me that they felt was fair to both parties. When I didn't respond to the initial proposal, they followed up to make sure I'd seen it and agreed with their solution. Thank you, Karlo, for the good customer service. I appreciate the time you invested in my problem, the effort you put into resolving it, and the way you made me feel that I and my order mattered to you and your company. I understand that things can go wrong, but ultimately, it's how you handle things that makes the difference

I was not able to install a Pelsbarn…

I was not able to install a Pelsbarn car seat I had bought online. I could not find detailed instructions on their website. Called and was sent useless instructions. Could not find a way to leave a review on their website. I wouldn't trust a company's reviews if it's so difficult to leave a review. Very frustrated.
The info the company sent me was not helpful.

I selected their products because they are of high quality and designed with desirable features. Pelsbarn Self-warming Calming Blanket is the Best on the Market!

Pelsbarn produces a self-warming, calming blanket that not only is gorgeous in brown (with mottled shades of beige) but also has a mylar insert inside the zippered shell. These blankets allow our community cats to keep extremely warm even in the coldest weather, and they look and feel heavenly. These are, by far, the best blankets I have ever found for our cats, who love to nestle in them and feel cozy and comfortable. We have purchased a total of 10 now and are extremely happy with the results!

We have 5 dogs between 2 families and I…

We have 5 dogs between 2 families and I nought 5 couch beds and 2 blankets and the dogs LOVE THEM! I do not regret my purchase and they are so easy to launder. Update: I forgot to mention that our dogs, 1 momma German Shepherd and her remaining 4 pups are what we have. 💗

It is a wonderful product

It is a wonderful product. Customer service needs to respond more quickly. I had a return and the response was slow that I ordered the item I needed & didn’t want to wait. They eventually responded & offered me options but again the response time is slow. I’m still waiting for the final outcome.
