I have just taken delivery of my latest addition to my collection, who thought I needed a AK-47 UM BB rifle,? Well perhaps not needed but wanted when I saw the fantastic Black Friday price!. Rifle spare magazine and steel BB's all ordered without fuss and securly delivered on time as promised. A special well done and thanks to Roy the delivery driver for finding my address after a slight admin hiccup. Yet again a 5 star service. Well laid out website, prompt delivery, with live tracking of where the driver is, so you know exactly when they’re about to arrive. Large choice of new and used air guns & accessories, using spring, CO2 and PCP.
I have used them many times & will almost certainly use them again in the future.
My only criticism is that when describing the energy of each device on their website they often use the word power, when they mean energy, and put the number in incorrect units (it’s ft.lbf [foot pounds force], not ft/lbs [feet per pound])

I got absolutely great prices on an air rifle, spare ,agazine and pellets. Couple this with free delivery on the perfect day and I am extremely pleased with the service and quality.
Very friendly and helpful chap who delivered it. Most amused with the ability to actually see the vans progress to my home.
I genuinely recommend this company.

Ordered over the phone, Staff are polite and very helpful. I always look for video's on the web of what I want to purchase so that I know what to expect. Delivered over the weekend hassle free, easy to track and delivery drivers were also very polite. This is my third time ordering and would definitely use again, lots of pew pews to choose from great website.

I have used pallpex and the service is a 1000% I went on to their Web site and everything is laid out clearly and is easy to navigate around the web site and everything is clearly written and everything is explained within the page on how the particular pistol or rifle works ECT. Then you just click add to basket and it's done even explaining that the face to face fee is and the expected day your parcel will arrive and what ID is needed for proof of age/address.and it's also easy to pay as well by card

Fortunately this company is only about 15 miles from me so I can visit them to make purchases. The staff are excellent and extremely knowledgeable ,
I have purchased numerous pistols off them plus a Kral Puncher NP02 which is fantastic.
They also purchased an Air Arms 410 off me for a very reasonable price.
