A dreadful experience with this company…

A dreadful experience with this company in Italy. First, they misrepresented a product: their webshop showed Polenghi fresh lemon juice, while they delivered Polenghi lemon juice from concentrate. Upon the request from my side to resend the goods and obtain reimbursement, the company acknowledged the issue, promised to provide coordinates for return and physical pickup by GLS. The coordinates never arrived and the company is hiding behind alleged failed attempts by GLS to pickup the good, of which I have never received any advice. I have informed competent authorities and the company is under notice to perform.
