Product delivered, but poor quality
It took 10 days for the item to arrive, and when it did, the quality was very disappointing. The stitching is poorly done, with loose threads coming out, and the material feels extremely cheap. I’ve emailed the company multiple times but received no response. As you might expect, this seems like a scam. Avoid.

First order was received. Fitted well so I ordered another one but ordered the wrong size. Communication has been great. Returned free of charge. Ordering the correct size now.

Awful scammers. First order got cancelled halfway here… replacement said it had been delivered and the tracking number was for a parcel that wasn’t mine!!! Took no responsibility and no refund! Total
Waste of time and money .. don’t waste yours!

I would give zero points, if I could. I ordered lace knickers which stated one size. I’m a size s and they are still way too small!
Was told to send it back on my own expense to China.

The item I received looked nothing like the one in the picture. It also arrived broken. No return label. I was asked to fill out a "contract withdrawal from" and send the item back to China at my own cost. They make return process purposefully extremely difficult to discourage you from sending it back. Stay away!!

This is an out of order company, they try everything not to refund your money if you decide to return your order. I had to dispute the transaction through my bank to get my money back. Stay away!

It's a scam!!!. you think you are buying quality luxury lingerie. When in fact it's cheap tat from China. Avoid at all costs. I've just lost £80! Obviously I won't see a penny of it again. This should be banned as it's false advertising!

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Website makes it look like you're buying good quality lingerie from France, but items come in separate packages from sweatshops in China. The quality is awful, and seems like it was made for 5 cents, when you paid hundreds of euros. When you complain about this they try to make the return really difficult, now they're trying to make me keep the items for a 20% refund which is not worth the items at all. Since I have to pay the return and it's from three different sweatshops in China, I'm afraid I'll never see any of my money back. These brokers/scammers shouldn't be allowed to exist.

Very low quality products from taobao. I bought a stuff about £27, after I got the parcel I searched the picture of the stuff on taobao it's only £2 :))

Pelie portray a quality company.. They are NOT!! The quality was awfully cheap (think less than eBay!)
I was too embarassed to give them to my fiance and requested a return, this was posible if i sent each item back to the 2 different shippers in China at my cost.
They immediately offered a 20% refund without sending items, then followed with a 35% after I didn't accept this. The returns proceedure was deliberately obstructive at best and did'nt trust I would receive anything anyway..
£51.80 spent, £18.13 refunded and the items have been placed where they belong.. The trash bin!
