The driver Anil arrived early, drove safely, and was very friendly!

We had such an excellent experience with Pegasus Chauffeurs. Back in January I fell and broke my hip and I thought I had plenty of time to fully heal and be able to travel via train, as I’m unable to fly, to South West France for our daughter’s wedding. That was not to be and in March we decided the only way for my husband and I to get there was to be driven, as all our luggage would be too much for him to manage. After a very constructive call with their customer services we booked the trip with them.
On the Tuesday morning our lovely driver Janusz turned up, on time, letting us know he was outside with his Mercedes V class. Janusz was very polite, personable, friendly and helpful. En route if we needed to stop and stretch our legs he would do so as soon as it was possible. He drove us down to south west France in one day and then the next day drove back to the U.K. the following Sunday he drove back down to our venue and then Monday morning picked us up for the return journey. If we had not found this great company I doubt we would have made it to our daughter’s wedding. We highly recommend Pegasus Chauffeurs.

Anil is always well on time and a really safe and calm mannered driver. He’s courteous and nice to chat with.
The car is nice and spotless with plenty of room.
Always a pleasant experience.
Today he drove me between East Midlands to Heathrow.

Drove from the Bush hotel to Luton Airport. Good skilled and friendly driver. We had a nice conversation.
Well on time so easily made my flight.

Excellent experience with Dimitrio! He was friendly, polite, held the door for me, offered great conversation but was also quiet when quiet time was needed (I was taking care of my mother's ashes and needed some alone time). An incredible driver. Made great time getting us where we needed to be and was safe the entire way. Would absolutely use this service and especially this driver again!

I have recently taken a ride with Anil, nit only he was well on time at the correct location but he was very polite and professional. I take chauffeured transports 4 times a week on average and Anil was above the average in every aspect. Car was immaculate, smooth drive and courteous. He is definitely an asset for the company.

Ordered car for a family funeral during busy traffic period. Office staff could not have been more understanding or kind helping decide timings. Had driver's full details and the planned route the day before. Driver was friendly, very respectful, safe and both he and company were great with communication. Journey worked out perfectly. Would highly recommend.

I had a super experience. My driver Anil Bagga was waiting for me. He was very friendly and a safe driver. Hope to see him again on my next trip. 💪

Having had the misfortune of a detached retina whilst in transit at Heathrow, I had emergency surgery at the Western Eye Hospital. That left my wife and I marooned in London because the surgery precludes flying for several weeks. The insurance company contracted Pegasus to take us back to Lancashire. Anil Bagga arrived at our hotel 20 minutes early and courteously put our stuff in his immaculate Mercedes people carrier. With water and sweets provided and charging points for devices, he drove us swiftly and carefully the 180 miles to our home. He then of course had to set off back to London. 5 minutes after he had left, I realised I had left my black phone on the black upholstery of his car! Fortunately, Pegasus send a text informing you of their arrival time by text and included Anil’s mobile number. I phoned him and he drove back to our house to give it to me. Considering he had just set off on the long journey back, it must have been irritating but he was smiling and graciously said it was of no matter - a true gentleman!
If you are looking for a chauffeured transfer, I recommend Pegasus and to ask if Anil is available.

Due to health issues I now cannot fly and so the only option was to go by car to Spain. This was arranged quickly and efficiently by the booking people at Pegasus who were extremely responsive both via email and 'phone. I have to be honest and say that the journey was long, but we all knew it was going to take one day to travel to Spain from London. I cannot thank Janusz and Abdi (the drivers) who were so kind, thoughtful and considerate on this journey. They took care of me as if I was their own family. Nothing was too much trouble to having comfort breaks, helping me get food, making sure I got in and out of the car safely and just generally looking after my well being. This is the first time I have used Pegasus and I would have no hesitation in recommending them. Fantastic company and fantastic drivers and what could have been a nightmare was made so much more bearable by the patience and kindness of the drivers. Thank you so much. Lastly Janusz shared where I was on my journey with the person who was expecting me and so they knew exactly where I was which was extremely helpful.

Great trip from Gatwick to Luton, our driver Anil Bagga was very patient as the flight was delayed, super polite and happy to help.

I recently had a transfer from Heathrow, Anil was spot on with his service, the S Class Mercedes car was immaculately clean, bottles of water provided which was a nice touch too!

Will be using this company whenever I need a transfer from now on.
