Peerspace made it very easy to connect with a local vendor, who I would other wise not be aware of. You have to remember people are spending thousands of dollars for an event, as with all events there will be multiple questions that need to be answered by the host/peerspace. The chat system is too limited, you have to have a live person available for chat. Blocking the chat until for emergencies or 24hrs before the event is cutting it too close..
I also found I didn’t get hold of an agent until hours later, by that time, I’ve moved on.

It was great space for shooting the studio shots with the models we had for the day. The only downside was the time it took for the freight elevator that ate into the time we were able to shoot. It was a tedious process which multiple people were a part of to complete and delayed the shoot. But overall, the studio was the perfect size and everything noted within the site was exactly how it was when I entered the studio space.

I love this platform. My mom decided she wanted to celebrate her 70th birthday at the last minute. Peerspace had so many options, and the platform was easy to use. I sent a message on Monday, confirmed the space on Tuesday, and had the party on Saturday. Super easy and convenient. Will use again.

It was easy to locate a venue for our needs and super easy to book the one we wanted for the dates we needed. we ended up needing to reschedule for a different day and that too was simple.

Ms. B was highly professional and a delight to work with. This was my very first time booking a Peerspace and her professionalism made the process very easy. I will definitely book this location again. This location is very convenient for big events in the city of Birmingham. I can’t wait to feature Ms. B space on a project that I’m currently working on and she even asked that I keep her updated when my project is finished so she can share it on her social media platforms. This also speaks volumes to her level of professionalism.

I recently had the pleasure of using Peerspace for a photoshoot, and I couldn’t be more impressed! The platform is incredibly user-friendly, offering a wide variety of spaces to choose from for all sorts of occasions. Whether you're hosting a business meeting, photo shoot, or a small gathering, there's something for everyone.
What stands out the most is the quality of the spaces. The listings are detailed, with clear photos and descriptions, so you know exactly what to expect. I loved how easy it was to search for a space that fit my specific needs, and the booking process was seamless.
The communication with hosts was also excellent. They were responsive, helpful, and made sure I had everything I needed for a successful event. The flexibility in terms of booking and time slots was a huge plus too.
Overall, Peerspace exceeded my expectations in every way. It’s a fantastic resource for anyone looking to rent unique, professional spaces. I will definitely be using it again and highly recommend it!

It was a great experience as my engagement was interrupted by rain and I had 2 days to make alternate plans after a month of preparation . Peerspace gave me the ability to pivot and find a new location that was more memorable than my original plans. Way to go Peerspace!

Peerspace exceeded my expectations. The service received was top tier, it’s possible I may do further Podcast shows in this space.

The transition went great however my only concern is space to change outfits

The "Hospital Room" space had everything a filmmaker needs for the scene: the bed, various functional monitors, medical equipment, oxygen mask, doctor & nurse scrubs, patient gowns, and more. An ideal set for the opening scene of my short film "The Stranger."

UPDATE after peerspace reply:
Peerspace has responded, but their reply is misleading and dismissive. They claim they “take reports seriously,” yet they ignored the overwhelming evidence I already provided. I submitted real-time chat logs, messages with Peerspace support (live chat during the incident when the host asked them to call the police as she was in danger) during the incident, witness accounts and contact numbers, screenshots of building neighbor's messages, and a lawyer’s letter from my building confirming the number of guests and the disturbance caused. We provided the police phone number for them to get a copy of the report as they requested. Peerspace has conveniently defined all claims 'arbitrary' in the face of a very critical situation, using that as an excuse to avoid accountability and take advantage of a user.
Their claim that fees must be pre-listed in a host’s description is another way to shift blame onto hosts while failing to enforce their own policies. Their own Terms of Service state that exceeding the agreed-upon number of attendees may result in additional charges—yet they refuse to uphold this.
ORIGINAL
As a Peerspace host, I expected the platform to protect hosts from abusive and rule-violating guests—but I was completely let down.
I had a terrifying experience where a guest brought nearly triple the allowed number of attendees, refused to leave, harassed me, blocked my own apartment door, and forced me to call the police. Fourteen officers had to intervene. My building was involved, fines were issued, and my reputation as a host was put at risk.
Peerspace’s response? Absolutely nothing.
• They refused to enforce their own policies—even though the overcapacity rule is clearly in their Terms of Service.
• They claimed “lack of proof” despite real-time chat logs, Peerspace support messages, witness statements, building security records, and a police report confirming the number of guests.
• They ignored documentation from my building’s lawyer, dismissing fines as “beyond their control.”
• They failed to ban the guest or take any safety measures, even after being informed of the threats and police involvement.
Peerspace claims to take host safety “very seriously”, but when it truly mattered, they were nowhere to be found. Their Trust & Safety team is a joke, and their policies are empty promises with no real enforcement.
🚨 If you’re a host, be warned: Peerspace will gladly take their commission but will do nothing to protect you when a guest violates your space, puts you at risk, or breaks the rules.
